I had used the app to order ahead to make it faster. It apparently didn't make a difference. We were going through the drive through but waited before they even responded. Then we waited in line for at least 15 minutes. By the time we got our food it was sitting out and was cold. I would not recommend if you are in a hurry. After inspection of our bags they also forgot part of our order. My family is a big fan of Burger King but we will not be going back to this location.

I asked for fresh nuggets cuz I like it fresh not hours cold! The male making the nuggets was saying it’s all the same . Nobody likes hours cold nuggets . I made a request and they complain about it.

I have nothing against this restaurant particularly. The people are nice and the place looks good but Burger King is a hole has done something to their meat. I don't know I've done no research but my tongue says we are not ever eating a Burger King again. It's been 2 years now because their meat is absolutely disgusting. I used to love Burger King more than anybody but they destroyed it

They apologized for the extended wait in drive thru. But you would think the food would get to us, hot and fresh...The burgers were a total mess and we actually ordered chicken fries, and they were not even warm and looked like they had been sitting for some time, In some warmer of some sort. French fries were ok. Will make a different location choice next time.

The food was good, but two consecutive orders were incorrect. One item from the first order was incorrectly prepared, and one item from the second order was forgotten. The manager was very apologetic and arrange for replacement compensation, which was greatly appreciated.
