Ice machine was broke was not offered ice girl at the counter was more worried about talking to her bf. Tried to get our ice creams the lady brought them out told us they was not ours after walking circles twice. Management is crap

We stopped in for ice cream. We walked in and there was no other customers in there. 4 employees (including the Manager) either walked by us or made eye contact and NEVER once acknowledged we were standing there waiting to place our order. After several minutes of no one taking our order, we walked out. Not again!

This is the best DQ I've ever been to. My family of 6 said that we are going to make this our "go-to" fast food restaurant. The food have always been fresh. The employees are extra caring. And the prices are reasonable. I'd recommend any one who's in the area of Jackson MO to stop by and give them a visit.

Went through the drive through for some late night ice cream and was SO disappointed. Our ice creams were half melted when handed to us and no, no one flipped it for us. If I’m paying $12 for two ice creams, they should be practically FROZEN!

They are extremely slow and under staffed. The young lady at the drive thru was supper polite.
