This is the best DQ I've ever been to. My family of 6 said that we are going to make this our "go-to" fast food restaurant. The food have always been fresh. The employees are extra caring. And the prices are reasonable. I'd recommend any one who's in the area of Jackson MO to stop by and give them a visit.

Went through the drive through for some late night ice cream and was SO disappointed. Our ice creams were half melted when handed to us and no, no one flipped it for us. If I’m paying $12 for two ice creams, they should be practically FROZEN!

Went by tonight and the girl working the window/drive through had great energy. She said her day was a little rough but you couldn’t tell with her attitude and service. She was great and if you happen to see this I hope your night got better!
My only complaint was I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket a week ago. Instead of giving me the gravy I was given bbq sauce packets. I didn't even ask to change it, and I was charged for a 6 piece meal. Get two gravy bowls with the 6 piece.
