My only complaint was I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket a week ago. Instead of giving me the gravy I was given bbq sauce packets. I didn't even ask to change it, and I was charged for a 6 piece meal. Get two gravy bowls with the 6 piece.

We’ve come to the Jackson location three times and asked for chicken strips with gravy. Simple task right? We’ve never come late at night or prior to closing. And everytime we’ve come, we order the tenders with gravy, pay and we’re then told that they are “out of gravy for the night”. One time we even asked at the drive thru if there is gravy made and they assured us there was. Literally the last 3 times we’ve been. It’s getting old and a bit ridiculous. Fruitland DQ is never out of gravy though so we’ll just continue to go there.

Blizzards are to be turned upside down upon delivery, they did...but with the lids on the cups. Milk shake was so then, might as well had a glass of milk. Very disappointed

Ordered chicken strip basket with extra gravy. Asked the gentleman who handed me my meal if it had extra gravy. He said yes. Got home no gravy and Texas toast very lightly toasted. If you want a good meal go to Fruitland DQ. I should know better.

Terrible service. Waited at least 15 minutes to order at the counter. Asked an employee if the counter was open..she replied yes but I have to fill the ice and do other things someone will take your order.
This location seems poorly managed and run. The people working seemed really confused as to what order was next and no one is ever in a hurry to make sure the customers are actually getting their orders.

The store seemed dirty with trash on the floor. The girl at the counter would not answer even basic questions... she just said.. whatever the menu on the wall says.The cold food took 10 minutes to be pushed out to us. The fries were wilted, cold and without salt. As we tried to eat it on the road, Most had to be thrown away.... but at least they over-charged us.
