Fuel has been providing excellent food and service since its founding. The menu was inspired by street foods all over and elevated it in an approachable setting. The food on my recent visit was fantastic. The service was excellent. I had the privilege of meeting the owners and its always nice to know a local business is run by great people. If you are in Jackson then you need to experience for yourself.

I’m usually sick after eating here so I tried something totally different. I got a FISH taco bowl. Luckily I looked through it because there was steak in the bowl! I’m allergic to red meat!!! The fish was dry and the rice was so hard I could finish the meal. The food has really went downhill lately. Not sure what’s going on.
Fuel was an awesome experience. I had the burger, one of the best I've ever had. The owner conversated with me for a bit; the server was top-notch. Definately recommend and will be visiting again.
