I had prompt service, which was great. The lady taking my order was looked put out. I think she was having a bad day. But, customers want a somewhat pleasant person to take their orders. Food came out hot and fresh. Even the French Fries were hot and tasty! I was the only person in the restaurant at the time. I got here about 3:30 and missed the lunch crowd. But it was still dirty and difficult to find a clean table. I will eat here again despite the minimal negatives.

I went to the Hardee's located in Jackson MO ordered a Frisco burger by itself no combo. How did a burger alone cost $12.98 & why was the bread not toasted and the burger was cold upon arriving home to eat it (only 6-7 blocks from restaurant) I am very much unsatisfied with food I received and the outrageous cost
I usually get breakfast there between 6 and 7 am. The biscuit sandwiches are generally good every morning. The potatoes crowns or hashbrowns (whichever you call it) and generally pretty cold which is disappointing. It also tastes like the grease isn't hot enough when they cook the crowns. Edible crowns just not very good. With that being said though, the staff is always super friendly and you maybe wait 60 seconds at the window before you get food. Super fast!

The speed was super fast, almost too fast. 915 am and they had the food there when I pulled around and I was the only one in drive thru. The food we ate but it was sitting under the warmer for a while. I got a monster biscuit, something not on the menu, and the reason I get that is normally I have to wait for them to make me one. When it is done right you have the best Biscuits around but this time was not the case. Madison is the cashier on the ticket. If she was the one in the window she was super friendly. If you can have that speed with better food it would have been a home run.
