This store is by far the best Jimmy John’s I have been to. Most other places I’ve been my food is wrong or very sloppy. Every experience I’ve had here has been a good experience!

I am not one to normally leave reviews, but the service here has upset me several times that unfortunately I feel the need to say something. I place all of my orders on the app & no matter if I place the order 10 mins in advance or 1 min in advance, they ALWAYS say “we just received your order, but you can go ahead & pull forward.” This particular day I placed my order & pulled into the drive thru fairly quickly. There were no other cars in the drive thru & they told me I could come to the window. While at the window, they told me they saw my order come through but there was another car behind me, so I had to go to the back of the line. I asked how it would be any different than if I had ordered at the window & they said that the order for the car behind me was already ready. Not wanting to argue, I pulled around to get behind that car. Once I came back up to the window, I got an earful about how they have to keep the line moving & how they’ve “told me this before.” At any other restaurant that takes mobile orders, ordering upon arrival is never an issue. However, if you do that with this Jimmy John’s, they make it clear that doing so is a huge issue. I go there frequently because I really do enjoy the food, but leaving the restaurant feeling frustrated more times than not just isn’t worth it.

Seems they are limiting or eliminating item for their subs. Putting less and less on their subs while keeping prices high. Will not be getting food there any more.

Gave me a completely wrong sandwich on a roadtrip. Was already on the highway before I realized and don’t have half an hour to turn around and go back. Also wasted a jimmy johns reward on it. Make sure you check your order closely at this location.

I ordered two sandwiches TOASTED AND WITH NAPKINS . I PICKED IT UP. My BLT was not toasted, 3 pieces of bacon 4 slices of tomato and a few shreds of lettuce. The Italian sandwich was sloppy with mayo and not toasted and of you haven't guessed no napkins . The sandwiches were nasty and not with 9 dollars and change each . I will never eat there again .it's not the first time they can't get the order right

It was my first time going through the drive through and Dana was super polite and courteous! The food came out so freaky fast it was like they knew I was coming and knew what I wanted! Highly recommend!

This is the cleanest and friendliest darn JJ I have ever scarfed a sandy down in.
Placed an order for delivery at 11:30 am. Called back at 12:30 saying I didn't get my food. They said the were on their way. Gave them 30 minutes and called again. Then they tell me they left it outside my door and they rang the door bell. They said the driver said they heard dogs. I don't have a dog. Then they said they would remake the order and send it out. I asked for a refund and didn't get it. I don't feel that's fare. 1 star.

We order a delivery the driver delivered it to the wrong house. I called the store and they lied about my order being delivered to the wrong house I waited over an hour and a half for my 2 sandwich order. Worst jimmy johns ever
