It's ten fifteen on march the sixteenth. The staff is not friendly and there was one car in front of me. I waited fifteen minutes for them to hand a single bag out to the car in front of me.And I ordered name a chicken and a sweet tea. Asked for a side of mayonnaise and a side of mustard. And the girl did not even acknowledge me. She just turned around, looked at me and handed it to me. Not sure, if y'all are understaffing and it's not their fault and they are just overwhelmed or what, but not acceptable.

Last night my Mom's quarter pounder burger was raw!. Oh wait they gave her a double chees burger. Also ordered the dogs both a cheese burger. Received another double cheese burger. Two items wrong and raw meat. Only posting because 4 of last 5 orders here have been wrong. Management get your evening team together.

Food is normally great at this location. However the smell of marijuana pouring out of the payment window is not cool and is not professional.
If you’re lucky they won’t forget your McNugget sauce, seems they always do and your left eating what tastes like little Soggy chunks Of mattress.

I used my mobile app on this visit as I do every chance I get, it racks up points, gets me thru the drive thru quicker, and I enjoy having the freedom to take my time , change my mind, mix it up, and really get what i'm craving. that is not where I was going with this tho so let me get back to telling you why my visit to the Jackson, MO McDonald's was so nice today. I don't live in Jackson, but my man was hungry so there I was in the drive thru, I gave my mobile order number and was given permission to proceed to the first window. I kind of dread the first window cuz it is there that they try to pass you that little piece of paper. I will admit most the time if possible I just don't stop at the first window, I turn and look the other way and roll on by.....but today I stopped. when I do stop I prepare myself for what I will say.......but today was different, a good different, today the very young man opened his window and before I could say it he said those words to me..."did you want your receipt today, maam?" BLESS that boy!!!

These people can't even get an order correct after you repeat it 20 times and ask them to correct it!!!! IF YOU CANT EVEN TAKE AN ORDER CORRECTLY, YOU SHOULD NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Ordered 2 of the collector cup meals, both with Sprite, and a hamburger kids meal. Order on screen was correct. The guy repeated the order back to me correctly. I paid and pulled up to the pick up window. I did not get my receipt. The girl at the pick up window argued with me that I ordered Fanta and not Sprite. She then tried to tell me I didn’t get 2 collectors cups ( this is the only reason my kids wanted to go to McDonalds) and tried to give me just one. Then I was told it would be another nearly $3 for the second cup even though I specifically ordered and was charged for the collected cup meals. I paid as I wanted to be done with the situation and wanted to go home. When the correct drinks were handed to me, I stated that I wasn’t asked what sauce I wanted with my 10 piece nuggets and I asked for buffalo and ranch. Without saying anything the window was shut. A few minutes later I was handed my food and drove away. When I got home I wasn’t given any ranch. It may seem minor, but there was a lot of attitude for spending just over $30. This behavior and the food mistakes are happening more frequently at this location, and we have opted for other restaurant over McDonalds for a while now.

My husband had a stroke just got his driving privileges back. He wanted to go through the Jackson McDonald drive thru. He messed the order all up due to his cognitive being bad after his stroke ( I was busy on the phone while he was ordering). I had to go inside and straighten it out. I tell you the manager never lost her composure she was awesome how she handled my order nicely asked (not told) the workers to take the inside customers orders and asked other workers to take the drive through orders. Today is August 17, 2024 it happened appx 11am. The manager today needs to be known how wonderful of a manager she is. She kept her cool thru all the busyness around her. Good job I wish I would of got her name.
