I waited over 20 mins. for 1 🍔 cheeseburger! This McDonald’s has Very long drive-thru lines! They had more than enough staff working, so it is absolutely ridiculous for it to be SO Slow! There were dozens of employees I saw, yet they seemed incompetent. Only one was even slightly friendly, because she liked my car. I will Not be giving them my business again, I would rather drive further to another location, or go to a better fast food restaurant to give them my patronage and service.

Always get cold food through DoorDash. Fries cold chicken nuggets are cold as well. Like new management needs to happen!!!!

McDonald's has really changed. I did enjoy sitting outside the picnic table in the back. And I love nature and I had my little puppy dog and I got to eat honeysuckles. McDonald's is trying to be prim and proper. I have mixed emotions about that. McDonald's is supposed to be fun teaching children I know I have three college credits and McDonald's. Not so formal, but it's still good food. Just think about what you're doing to the kids though. All ages. Think about it all the children's things are being taken away. It's not fair for them and they're the next generation. We're supposed to pay it forward. Children used to love playing in the play field at McDonald's. Are you that scared of each other that the next generation doesn't even get a chance? That's not fair for them. They need to be talked to meet be able to share and play! Don't get me wrong McDonald's I'm not saying nothing wrong I just think that the important businesses need to look at the impact they're having on the future. Thank you. Food was cold and tasted like it was sitting around awhile. Took over 15 minutes to get. The one person was doing almost everything and it appeared that they were way understaffed. First time I ever paid for a glass of water.

I am a Door Dasher & this McDonald's is ALWAYS slow!! You can figure on average 5 min wait while many of the employees just stand around talking and laughing while you wait. Hardly ever addressed by employees Typically get orders wrong

This is the worse McDonalds in Missouri if not America you got managers who can’t do their job so you can’t except the employees to be any better. The cursing you hear from the kitchen to the lobby is pretty unacceptable and the wait times are ridiculous

Want to sit in curbside for 30-40 minutes? Or have them forget something from your order? Then come here. I came to grab something for my kid who's hungry,it's almost her bedtime by the time we've gotten our food, and I have groceries that are going bad in the trunk. Then they forgot part of the order when I finally go in and grab my food they've just had sitting on the counter the whole time,letting it get cold.

Rhis McDonald's is always fast! They are kind and love seeing our dogs hang out the window. They are friendly and they know what they are doing.

I am tired of paying extra for bacon on my burgers and it constantly not being on there! That bacon costs 4.18 for two and it’s just a piece of bacon split in half . I told the lady at the window that the burgers did not get bacon like we ordered and she kindly made sure they got the bacon for us and we even said “ for two burgers ?” And she said “ yes it’s a piece of bacon split in half so it should be two pieces of bacon split in half” we said “ thank you we will pull around so you can take care of the people behind us” we get to the window they hand us the bacon and giggle . We leave and check the bag and it’s just one strip split in half. I usually wouldn’t be such a Karen and leave a lengthy review like this but it’s happened multiple times now .
