My husband had a stroke just got his driving privileges back. He wanted to go through the Jackson McDonald drive thru. I placed a curbside order through the mobile app to try and avoid the wait in the line at the drive-thru. 7 minutes after getting a message that my food was on its way out I finally had to go in and get a refund because I didn't have any more time to wait. Needless to say, I had to go without lunch this day. ?
