I am a Door Dasher there is no AC in this store it has been this way for 2 weeks now. The service was slow when you make money based on delivery times this is absolutely absurd!! I feel you need to give workers raise based on fact they gotta work in this heat with no AC

I rarely receive my drinks with my order and now that they use door dash for their deliveries you can't even get it corrected. Was supposed to get credit for the drinks I didn't get but didn't get that either. This happens consistently enough now I will never order from Pizza Hut again.
Order was delivered late and cold. The big chocolate chip cookie tasted like the dough was watered down before cooking. The pizza didn’t appear to have any marinara sauce. The products in the photos were thrown in trash. Will not order from the Jackson MO Pizza Hut again.

Served me bad chicken wings, was offered to be remade but I refused due the risk of it happening again. I will never order from here again.
Do not order here for delivery. You will not receive what you order and if you call them you will get nothing but a spike in your blood pressure.

With me originally being from the Southside of Chicago I figured I'd try the new Chicago tavern style pizza. You're close. But way to dry & needs more sauce. The pepperoni shouldn't be so crispy & dry that it stabs your tongue, & the larg one needs at the least another cup of sauce. Add a pinch or 2 of salt also. If you do those 3 things I probably would think I'm actually eating Chicago style pizza. & yes, the Chicago deep dish pizza is for tourists, thin & crispy (but not overly dry) is what us locals eat.

My mother has ordered food here last night and when I got there to pick it up the manager had told me he didn’t get it on his end of it and it showed on my mothers phone it was paid for on her bank and that it said it was done so when we ask how do we get are money back the manager said he didn’t know which it off because Isn’t the manager supposed to know how to do that so we was ganna come back in the morning but the funny part is when we had left my mother had told me the money had been returned to pending back on her bank account and it makes me believe that the manager really know how to do it just didn’t want to make are food even though when I got in there he had make someone else food
