We love Pizza Inn in Fruitland. There are so many choices for picky eaters. The dessert pizza is amazing!!
The place maybe had 2 tables when we ordered 2 pizzas to go. I took almost an hour. There were maybe 4 tables when we left and several people came in and ordered to go and left before us with much bigger orders. The front of house was pleasant but back of house seems unmanaged. My pizza had such big bubbles that didn't get addressed making several slices just cooked up crust. Probably better to just get the buffet but with the few people in there coughing and sneezing all over I would recommend that at all.

Haven't been in a long time, and it was great and worth the stop.

Recommended dishes: Taco Pizza
The stuffed crust pizza was 75% dough which was a bit too much on the sweet side for me. I got my pizza to go but everyone working that I encountered was friendly and helpful.
It was great, although I was next door at DQ.

Based on customer feedback buffetfor two adults was 31 bucks a lil step but i was egar to eat there isnt that many pizza inns left aroundso another reason to stop, I elected to patronize the establishment. While the venue presented an acceptable ambiance, and the salad bar met expectations, the service was commendable. Despite my request for a specific beverage, only Coca-Cola products were available. Although I observed a staff member offering an alternative drink to a child, this did not detract from my experience. However, the requested taco pizza was substituted with a lettuce pizza, which did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. Should I revisit the area, I would consider returning.

1st time visitors at PizzaInn and we had Alexis as our server and she was so wonderful. Greeted us with a smile, was fast and friendly, on top of our drinks, and asked if we had any special requests to let her know if we didn’t see something we wanted, she would place a special order for us. Excellent buffet and even better dessert pizzas…. That cinnamon roll was chef’s kiss 💋

Food was good, but waitress(Taylor ) was more interested in flirting and her phone than actually doing her job. She took my cup and never refilled it.

The single most pathetic meal I’ve ever had in my life! The servers are good, but the atmosphere is like eating on Skid Row in LA! 🤡

Really good food. Better variety on the
bar than other Pizza Inns. If you have picky eaters and want to get your pizza jam on this is one for the whole family.
I’ll start off by saying the only good thing about this place was maybe the pizza. Walking into the place and seeing all the dirty tables and tables with plates piled on them should have been a big red flag but we ignored it due to the fact that it was lunch time and a Sunday. The feel of the floor under my shoes was another red flag. We found a clean table sat down and a young girl got our drinks right away. We could only have water or tea because the soda machine was out because of a carbonation problem. We sat for a while waiting on someone to take our order or tell us how this worked. We had to ask the girl who got our drinks. There were no tags stating what kind of pizzas they were but for the most part most of it was fresh. No one never checked on us not one time. I had to get up to go ask for more water. There were at least 5 girls (or more) standing by the kitchen door. The one that seen me darted to the back, others were on their phones. I finally caught one of the other girls walking by and she got my water. We never received a check like the table beside us. We went up to check out and the girl asked who our server was; did she have a black or pink shirt on. I told her we never had a server and we had to serve ourselves so knowing that won’t matter. Of course we did not leave a tip and the girls attitude towards that was rude. You have to do something to recieve that. We have really nothing good to say about this place. After reading past reviews it sounds like something happened this past year cause the place use to be great. They need a new manager it seems. The place is dirty with unproductive employees that need to be taught how to work! We won’t be back.
When we arrived, many of the tables had dishes on them. We sat down, put the dishes over to one side and wiped the table off with napkins. No server showed up so we took turns to get our food. No clean plates were available and we had to wait for them. The salad bar was a mess. It was apparent that no one was taking care of it. The pizza has always been good. Our server finally got our drinks and we did not see her again until I went to the register to check out. The place was clearly understaffed. Upon leaving, I could see several tables with no one at them. Dishes were not cleaned off. As an ex manager of a restaurant I blame the manager of Pizza Inn, not the employees. To the manager: Get your act together and do what you have to do. It will be a while before I return to Pizza Inn.
