Horrible service, had me pull around and wait for 20 minutes for my food. Bad service and poorly staffed. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have a hour to sit and wait on your food

The food is on point for the most part all the employees are friendly, the restrooms are great, sadly this was built over an old gas station property and they made a micro parking lot for some reason instead of enough room for a full size truck to navigate, the general manager is rude if you ask about employment, but everybody else is fabulous, talking to the manager was to no avail hopefully in the future they'll do better

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake sunday with extra cheesecake. It's not a problem, right? To them, the "extra" was smeared on the side, and i had half a scoop on top. I walked it back up to the window and asked to clarify if there was extra in it. Chuncky, brownish blonde haired chic told me the extra was (what i said earlier). When i walked off, i threw the ice cream away, got back in my car, and my sister told me that the lady had rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at me... Awful customer service! I think I'll stay away from there.

I get that it's the 4th of July! If the place is going to close for the day it would be nice if they had it posted somewhere! Even a sign on the menu board would work. You have people pulling in and actually setting there waiting for someone to take their order. Rally's in Jackson, MO is the sorriest Rally's that I have ever been to. Always something with them!

Pulling through and waiting 20 or 30 minutes is a no go for me. Two strikes and your out. It was good in the beginning. They can't keep the good employees. I remember getting great customer service in the beginning. I can't help but wonder if it isn't a corporate problem. Good employees don't leave if they're treated and paid well.
