“Was a customer at your facility on 9/30/21. My experience was mixed. Started out with the drink that was delivered to my companion had a "gob" of hair stuck to the bottom of the glass. A manager seated us took our drink order and delivered our drink gave us menu's. We asked a passing waiter to please send Manager to our booth. She returned asking if she could help. My friend just held up the glass for her to see. She asked if he wanted another drink and apologized. Our waiter, Brian H upon bringing our order which we questioned the portion size of one of the orders (same order). , one plate seemed to be much smaller than the other. Brian said "I'll be back". He only came back when he brought the check. Very poor service. Food was good.“

“The two employees were so nice, the restaurant was clean, they have longer hours than my normal Penn Station in STL, my order was made in an efficient fashion. I've never had this experience at any of the PS in st louis and I want to thank the employees for a 5 star experience. Not to mention my artichoke sandwich and fries tasted amazing“

“Was greeted and seated promptly. I was sat in a corner on a high top table so it was hard to see me but waitress was very quick to get to me and told me she didn't see me and apologized immediately for any kind of wait. Which was only a few minutes, if that. She took my drink order and my food order which I picked the Triple Dipper which I HIGHLY recommend. As I was going between the southwestern egg rolls and the big mouth bites, I made a slight comment of it and she recommended that both were great which I already knew 😁 BUT I finalized on the southwestern egg rolls and she laughed and said she didn't want to talk me out of my decision which I respected but she said I made the right choice and maaaannnnn she was right! The avocado ranch alone is to die for!!!! My food came out perfect and hot in about 8 minutes. And was served by a very sweet and kind gentleman promptly. My waitress was prompt and checked on me regularly. Filled my glass when it was half full and stayed on top of things. The restaurant is clean, very well maintained, and has the best employee atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend this Chili's 🌶️. I live an hour and a half away and will most definitely be returning as a normal or regular customer!!!!“
