My first time ever trying Scooter's Coffee; the experience was not good! Their app states they can do "In Store Pick Up", but they don't (learned that the hard way). The drive through line was SUPER long. The coffee was a solid 2/10, and I paid extra for whipped cream and they didn't even put it on my coffee. Customer service was not good to say the least!!! Would not recommend; Starbucks will be getting my money from now on. They took 20$ from me, the overall experience was very negative, and they didn't even get my order right. I felt like I couldn't correct the mistake (forgotten whipped cream) because of the way I was treated, so they got my extra money without any complaints from me.

For about the last month when I come to scooters in the morning there’s always something to prevent them from fulfilling my order. This morning the ovens were not clean and not heated up so they couldn’t make food and they also mentioned the coffee grinder is broken. The customer service at this location has steadily been going down hill. I constantly have to repeat my order because the employees don’t listen when the order is placed.The employees are getting lazy. If this continues we will find a new coffee place. This location used to be the best. We never had to repeat our orders and everything was ready when the store opened.The store also opened 5 minutes late

We were at the E.Jackson location.We were staying for the eclipse next door and got coffee here. Good selections of coffee. The barista were super friendly.

Great spot to get the coffee you need in your life. Prices are competitive. The atmosphere is a drive through environment.. The staff are friendly. The promotions are exceptional. I am not a coffee person but I take care of two coffee drinkers and they love this place.
