I love going to scooters. They are always friendly and I do love the coffee, however.. still trying to figure out why when I order the same drink I always do it’s always different.. I always get a blended sea salt carmelicious (unless sea salt is out of season) I either only have whip, whip with caramel or whip with caramel and sea salt on top (last one I can only assume is the correct one!) why Is my drink never made correctly? I think it has been wrong more than it has been right. This morning went through again and no sea salt..

5 times in 6 months and they still don't know the difference between large(24 oz) and medium (20 oz) it's already overpriced but then the girls working are always too caught up in conversation with each other they didn't even know what was going on.. and if you ad extra expresso and and protein they may remember to put that in 20% of the time.

I saw they had a new drink so i swing by to get it. I used the app and everything was fine. I got my drink took a sip and quickly realized my espresso was watered down very bad and burnt. When i tried calling to complain noone answered the phone. I called multiple times no answer. I even tried calling the other store in cape owned by the same people and they didnt answer.
My first time ever trying Scooter's Coffee; the experience was not good! Their app states they can do "In Store Pick Up", but they don't (learned that the hard way). The drive through line was SUPER long. The coffee was a solid 2/10, and I paid extra for whipped cream and they didn't even put it on my coffee. Customer service was not good to say the least!!! Would not recommend; Starbucks will be getting my money from now on. They took 20$ from me, the overall experience was very negative, and they didn't even get my order right. I felt like I couldn't correct the mistake (forgotten whipped cream) because of the way I was treated, so they got my extra money without any complaints from me.
