Amazing. I ordered a pick-up Steak & Cheese Sandwich for my daughter. When she opened it, it was cold (never heated). When I called the store and asked if the sandwich was supposed to be hot, I was told “only if it was requested to be heated”.

Asked for the beast it wasn't at all what is advertised it comes with a set of meat and toppings after the lack of meat she asked what veggies I wanted I told what comes with it she had to turn around and look at the menu board never made eye contact what a big disappointment

Used to be awesome. Now it moves at the speed of smell. The food is still good but it’s really really slow. And I hope they get better because they are nice

I would give zero stars if it was an option. This location has dramatically went down hill in the last few weeks or so. The new management is an absolute joke. Zero customer service or people skills. I’ve never seen someone so eager to be combative. Let alone the person who is supposed to set the example and be the leader. GUARANTEED LOST BUSINESS!!

I was Door Dashing this evening there were 3 teenagers working in the store it literally took 30 minutes to get the order only after Bryce lost the food so it had to be remade. I DO understand this is probably their 1st job but I'm really gonna need Subway to do better as Door Dashing orders is my income so this 30 minute ordeal I lost money

I love this location! I used to come all the time but it slowly declined so we quit visiting as much. But here recently the store has completely improved. It's so much cleaner! Even during a busy lunch time, they do a great job taking care of you and getting you on your way. Bethany and Pernisha are so funny and great at their job! 10/10 recommend! We will be back very soon.
