If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is my hometown subway and is by far the worst subway I've ever been to. The staff are always playing on their phone or just sitting in the back on a bucket. The drive-thru kiosk doesn't work half the time. Its obviously very poorly managed. I have worked in food service many times when I was younger so I can tell that no one cares about how this place is ran. This is the first review I can remember leaving like this, if that tells you anything.

Very small Subway but the 2 sandwich was perfect, 2 chips was great and the root beer for the drink was amazing. The 2 workers was very kind.

I came here after the parade about 2 weeks ago. They were busy, understandably, but that wasn’t my issue. They had 2 people working in a store with the line out the door, but to make matters worse the manager kept calling one of the workers. So during the rush she kept having to step away because the manager kept calling her personal phone, then would call the store phone if she didn’t answer. The workers are doing great, but do better subway! You should understand that the workers can’t get to the phone during a rush.

Absolutely awful location, twice in a row going here I’ve put in mobile orders just for me to show up an hour or so later and for them to tell me “they forgot” or “they were too busy” and that they haven’t even STARTED making my food. This has happened all less than a year. Horrible management. Will be sticking with jimmy johns.

There has been a very positive change in the last few months. I would be willing to bet this new day crew is the reason for all the great changes. Even during rushes they keep their composure, keep things running as smoothly as possible, and are always kind and quick to help. Building is small, they could definitely use more room.

Still waiting on my food… placed a mobile order over 30 minutes and still currently waiting, had to hop in line so I could make sure they would make my sandwich’s sooner rather than later. I mean seriously this is ridiculous. Used to work for this exact subway so I know no one should wait this amount of time for two sandwich’s.

Waited in line for 20 minutes ... Guy beging the counter asked what he could get for me then proceeded to make to go orders ....asked how my day was and when I asked him in return all he did was shake his head and say when this rush is over I'm out the door I work directly across the street and have 30 minutes for lunch They need more help behind the counter 2 females were more interested in talking then working Never again
I was in, I was out. My sandwich was delicious and the workers talked with me and made me laugh. 5 out 5 will go back

If I could give zero stars I would. I travel for a living & my Hometown subway might be the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff doesn’t give a crap about making your sandwich the correct way. My sandwich was missing half the ingredients that I paid EXTRA for. (Avocado, extra cheese, etc) Didn’t have my chips. Waited 20 minutes in a drive thru for 1 foot long & chips. But like I said my sandwich was completely wrong & chips were missing. This is not the first time it’s happened either which is why I am now leaving a review. Poor service & poor quality all around. Starting today I will never be back. What a shame. Do better Jackson subway!!!!
