If I could give zero stars I would. I travel for a living & my Hometown subway might be the worst Iâve ever been to. The staff doesnât give a crap about making your sandwich the correct way. My sandwich was missing half the ingredients that I paid EXTRA for. (Avocado, extra cheese, etc) Didnât have my chips. Waited 20 minutes in a drive thru for 1 foot long & chips. But like I said my sandwich was completely wrong & chips were missing. This is not the first time itâs happened either which is why I am now leaving a review. Poor service & poor quality all around. Starting today I will never be back. What a shame. Do better Jackson subway!!!!

Amazing. I ordered a pick-up Steak & Cheese Sandwich for my daughter. When she opened it, it was cold (never heated). When I called the store and asked if the sandwich was supposed to be hot, I was told âonly if it was requested to be heatedâ.

Asked for the beast it wasn't at all what is advertised it comes with a set of meat and toppings after the lack of meat she asked what veggies I wanted I told what comes with it she had to turn around and look at the menu board never made eye contact what a big disappointment

I would give zero stars if it was an option. This location has dramatically went down hill in the last few weeks or so. The new management is an absolute joke. Zero customer service or people skills. Iâve never seen someone so eager to be combative. Let alone the person who is supposed to set the example and be the leader. GUARANTEED LOST BUSINESS!!

I was Door Dashing this evening there were 3 teenagers working in the store it literally took 30 minutes to get the order only after Bryce lost the food so it had to be remade. I DO understand this is probably their 1st job but I'm really gonna need Subway to do better as Door Dashing orders is my income so this 30 minute ordeal I lost money
Food was what you expect. But the very vulgar conversation between the manager and I'm guessing her daughter was what got me. No sense of decency or shame.
