Just left there at 6:25pm 3-15-25 Didn't fully cut my sandwich. Put wrong chicken and cheese on fiance's sandwhich. Didn't even ask fiance if he wanted his toasted, she just did it. Wouldn't take her eyes off fiance long enough to actually pay attention to what she was doing.

i was here tonight around 7 there was a young girl she had colorful hair i cant tell due to my colorblindness but she was great! i asked for very little she gave me very little i even asked for some teduis task like specific numbers of things or specific veggies like no small tomatoes she did those i will say the soda machine was off putting it had a smell and it diddnt look very clean there was some white streaks going down it and looked unappealing but the food was good a little messy buut it goes down the same place would recommand 4.5/5 jackson is also a good place aswell theve been alot cleaner than it used to be

Honestly a terrible subway experience me and my girlfriend went tonight and it was absolutely horrible the red haired girl up front doesn't listen at all. She messed my girlfriends order up and then very slowly and Sloppoli put my sandwich together with stale bread and un toasted cheese that was extremely dry and bland. Will never be going back here. The subway 5 minutes into jackson is 10x better.

Workers are very rude and lazy, I went in to order my food and the worker just slopped it all together, I also ordered a pretzel this is were the lazy part comes in, and the worker said “we don’t have any more pretzels”. Well I had a friend that was working there and she told me THEY HAD A WHOLE BOX OF PRETZELS, if I am giving you money to make my order please do it right. I would not recommend eating here unless you want to deal with lazy work and rude workers!!

The girls here go above and beyond when it comes to making your sub, it always comes out perfect and they're always so friendly and sweet to their customers. I've had a superior customer service experience each and every time I've been there. A+++!
This was our first time at this location. One employee on a Sunday evening!? Understaffed and dangerous. We waited for 10 minutes to order and there was a line the entire time we were eating. She couldn’t get to an online order because she was slammed so those customers were waiting while she worked on the walk ins. Having said all that, she was absolutely fantastic and handled it all very professionally. But, we could tell she was stressed. Do better with staffing, Subway.
