Welp I'm changing my review after they got new managers the store went down hill the quality of there food went down they can't get your orders right. My wife asked for spicy ranch no nacho cheese in her cheesy flat bread and got it mixed with both! They labeled our orders wrong and when you ask for extra meat you still hardly get anything for the price there asking for! dont go to the Jackson taco bell go to the cape store or any other value restaurant around here!

I've been coming here for a few years now and they always mess up our orders and if you go back and even show them a receipt the manager gets agitated and ride with youPlus on top of that when you pay for extra items for your meal they mess it up and don't put the right add-ons to your food...

We waited forever in the drive thru. We only got half of our order and the things we did get were wrong. Mistakes happen, but giving people the complete wrong stuff, with the receipt on the bag with the correct order on it come on... I would not recommend this place at all!Also the time before this we were in the drive thru and were gave the total get around to the window and they rounded up without asking... I would donate the change, but it isn't their place to just assume I would, how many other people do they do this to?
