Excellent customer service. My wife and I came in for a quick coffee.. we have been plenty of times.. but this time was exceptional. My wife ordered the London Fog and i told the Barista something mocha and something strong. She did an excellent job. The coffee is always good.. but it was her genuine attitude when she said.. I got you.. that made me feel special. Thank you for uplifting my day.

I tried out the new location in Jackson today. I wanted to take a moment to say the young lady handling the drive through was absolutely amazing!! She had strawberry blonde hair, I think (it was 6am and dark). She was the sweetest, bubbliest, breath of fresh air!! The coffee was great too!

Yesterday I stopped in the Mercy Ground about. The girls working were so sweet and helpful. And I ate the best BLT I’ve ever had in my life. And it was a nice good size and came with grapes!
I hope I don’t need to go to the hospital again any time soon, but I may just pop in there for the excellent food and service! (I’m also an introvert and the slower quieter eating area was right up my alley!) ❤️

I drive all the way from Uptown Jackson to come to this Ground-a-Bout. The coffee, food, service, and decor are all good. Reasonable prices for the well-made coffee and food you get. And MK makes the best BLTs.
