Externally rude pulled up to the window I said how’s your day guy said it’s been better his next comment was I wish you all would quit coming food was absolutely disgusting tacos was soggy the shells fell apart we just threw all the food away $40 plus dollars in food and we literally took maybe 3 bits just absolutely gross

I didn't get the guys name that took my order at the drive-thru. But he was very kind and I know he'll know who I am because I told him I hadn't been at a Taco Bell in a very long time that the last time I had eaten at a Taco Bell was a very long time ago. That the last thing I ordered was a chili cheese burrito. But again he was very kind and sweet and I don't say this very often about a lot of drive restaurants. But again we also should be nice to them as well patient with them.But this place was clean and the workers employees were amazing and very patient if you guys are ever in this area I suggest you guys stop at this place if you guys are in a hurry

Update on a previous bad review, this place has vastly improved on food quality. If by chance they are busy and an order isn’t right, they’ll correct it. Really nice staff as well.

Report them to core. They'll get in trouble by cooperate nothing gets done because nobody knows this. All I got was a 5 layer. They skimped it so bad and didn't put beans. This same location also steals change when they don't have enough change to give you your change. I also had 2 mobile orders short dude with glasses and long hair at the window made me go around for my second order. Both orders were 1 burrito. I had to wait in line 15 mins just to get my second order. This place has been horrible for over a year.

Don't like the do it yourself kiosk. The older couple didn't really understand how to use it. Need to have someone taking orders at the front counter.

Can't get a online order right. Never put sauce in bag. Bad slow service... better off drive to another down rd
they're mostly consistent with their customer service, food prep and speed. the churros are lacking so much it's a disservice. they have no sweetness and no seasoning whatsoever every single time I order. I don't know who told these folks to hold the brown sugar and cinnamon, but please bring it back. liberally.

Okay so we was trying to order off tge app for a app exclusive deal. It kept taking our money but putting it right back in and not letting us order . We tried telling the lady working but she said she has no control over that. So we emailed them and we still haven't gotten a response.

Just went there and this place is just terrible. Hair all over my food, bathrooms black, and dirty, and they smell like pee. Takes them 30 minutes to even give you your food and they ignore you!
