Just went there and this place is just terrible. Hair all over my food, bathrooms black, and dirty, and they smell like pee. Takes them 30 minutes to even give you your food and they ignore you!

This place is a joke. Everything was all tortilla with enough filling for a fajita tortilla.
My black bean crunch wrap supreme was legit almost all lettuce.
The beefy five layer burrito (beef subbed for black beans) was a joke. There wasn’t even any black beans on it. It was all tortilla as you can see from the photos. A smear of sour cream and the bottom and that’s about it. My kids cheesy bean and rice had, again, almost nothing on them (and I added potatoes). My husbands burritos and such were the same.
Edit to add: Gave them another chance, and again, very very skimpy portions. Didn’t grill the burritos I requested. I also waited for 20 minutes in the lobby while car after car went through the drive through. They even asked if I had a mobile order after about 5-10 minutes.

Wouldn't stop here again. They forgot one of my items which is no big deal but when I went inside the staff refused to acknowledge me and kept walking by and looking at me out of the corner of my eye but not saying anything. Finally after about 5 min someone finally talked to me and got me what I ordered. Customer service is abysmal here.

I can't believe I stiill stop for food here. Orders are never correct...food was not fresh. There was absolutely nothing crunchy about the crunchy wrap supreme and I ordered soft shell supreme tacos and there were just regular tacos. Note to self....never go here again. EVER.

Went through this evening and purchased almost $30 in supreme soft tacos. Not one of them had tomatoes. This is extremely upsetting as this was not an every day expense for me. I'm a firm believer in getting what you pay for, but feel stiffed by these guys

0/2 on this location... first visit a month ago passing through, food was lukewarm and underfilled with everything except shredded cheese, which there was copious amounts of. Tonight dunno what happened, both beef and chicken tasted soapy, and again, food was barely warm. Update. After waiting a year gave this location another go, and there was literally white rubber in the food. The chicken specifically. Not gristle, not fat. It. Was. Plastic. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I live a mile away and I’ve been to this Taco Bell a few times and literally every order I’ve ever gotten has been wrong.. I know hiring is tough but this is ridiculous you get all the way home and realize you get the complete wrong order is unacceptable
