I didn't know this place existed until now. I tried a large hamburger steak with grilled onions. Very good food.

We found this little gem right off of the highway traveling home from the lake on a Sunday afternoon. It did not disappoint! I had the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, and salad bar. All for $12.99! It is rare to find a self serve salad bar anymore. Homemade Deviled eggs on the bar was a plus. My huuby tried breakfast. He had the country fried steak. Everything was tasty with good portion sizes and friendly staff. We will be back!

This place needs a seriously good cleaning and bathroom remodel...gross! Too bad, because food was decent and good prices. Felt like the toilet was going to fall through the floor and backed up when flushing ( just pee), flies....just icky. Waitress was sweet, though.

This place is the place to go food is awesome people are nice and quite to sleep at night if your on I-49 north and south exit 66. I will never forget this little town.

Hidden Gem yo!!!!! Not exactly off the interstate, but close enough. The service dude from Heritage Tractors in Lockwood, Mo, recommended this place. He said he knew about it, because he used to live out here. Any who, I had the 8 oz ribeye special. $12.99, I believe, because of it's size, I thought I'm gonna chew on this like gum. NOPE!!!! IT WAS TENDER. Flavorful, yes sir!!! They hit with a dash of pepper, yeeeeeaaaahhh baby!!! Finally a tasty steak. Also twice baked tater and the salad bar. $12.99 yo. Go to burger king and see what you get for $12.99. Or wendy's, mcd's, taco hell. Well you get the picture. When I walked in, I would say there was 14 locals inside. For the size, it was pretty full, but plenty of seating available. Can't wait to see what tomorrow morning will bring. I should say the staff were on it... joking having a good time, like they like working here. Sweet tea was always promptly refilled. The convience store... If there is any bad thing bad about this place the is being remodeled. I guess adding showers 8 rooms to get a good nights sleep. I don't know the owners, but they must be some swell people. If they could how a some drainage out here in the dirt lot. I know 1 thing at a time. I am so not knocking, but merely saying. From a trucker I would like to say thank you, for providing a comfortable wating place with very reasonable prices. For adding showers and rooms to sleep inn. I wish the best for y'all at this establishment. And thank you for do something about the little things. It's not going unnoticed.
