As always a favorite to return to. Nice little salad bar and fresh cut fries. I was however slightly disappointed with my hamburger this time. Hand pressed patty but it was only about 2/3rds the size of the bun on top of it. Overall I’ve been here a dozen times and still will return again
We found this little gem right off of the highway traveling home from the lake on a Sunday afternoon. It did not disappoint! I had the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, and salad bar. All for $12.99! It is rare to find a self serve salad bar anymore. Homemade Deviled eggs on the bar was a plus. My huuby tried breakfast. He had the country fried steak. Everything was tasty with good portion sizes and friendly staff. We will be back!
Hidden Gem yo!!!!! Not exactly off the interstate, but close enough. The service dude from Heritage Tractors in Lockwood, Mo, recommended this place. He said he knew about it, because he used to live out here. Any who, I had the 8 oz ribeye special. $12.99, I believe, because of it's size, I thought I'm gonna chew on this like gum. NOPE!!!! IT WAS TENDER. Flavorful, yes sir!!! They hit with a dash of pepper, yeeeeeaaaahhh baby!!! Finally a tasty steak. Also twice baked...
