It’s 12:45 am and Glenn Anderson was so polite the service was past 10 the food was so fresh he had the best customer service ever I definitely recommend every thing was so perfect

Never can take any kind of payment when they finally said they could take card. Only took my order and then had me pull backwards while I waited so that they could mess app their metrics for the drive through time. So it looked like I wasn't waiting there as long as i was .Everything took forever

Been here twice. The first time I told them no one cuz my wife is allergic to onions purposely added extra onions and you would hand me the food he said you said no one did right or said yeah second time here they told me it's shift changed they refuse to serve me I do believe corporate or somebody should come here and check this place

Food was cold ! Ended up paying $9 for A French toast stick Combo when it’s supposed to be 6.49 plus tax ! How Sway ?? I asked for a regular drink instead of coffee and was still charged for the drink that’s supposed to come with the combo ! Never again 👎🏾

Save your money, go to the one next to 270 instead. They ain't got attitude and laziness. I live right beside it, and I drive down W Florissant to the one at 270. Their address is 10890 W. Florissant Ave.... Go and actually enjoy your experience at BK

I wont go back here, 3 times is a charm. 1st time biscuit was to hard, sent it back, came back hard again, sent back 3rd time was fresh. 2nd time overnight cashier was SWEET as heck VERY NICE. She let me know day shift was late and she doesn't know about breakfast. The cook served me a cold untoasted croissant, with warm sausage and egg. 3rd time was today, was told no egg, card only, and rudeness. I wont return

I am 42 years old and I have never in my entire life. Been to a fast food restaurant where I was treated so poorly. Poorly, my life was threatened by a guy who says he was the manager. This happened today about 545 I asked him to repeat what he's initially said to me and he immediately. Became rude and unprofessional. The conversation ended up being an altemission with threats being made to my life. I understand this place has 3 stars. And maybe I shouldn't have went in the first place because of that, but I never expected to be treated in such a way. I have.
I have Came on multiple occasions all time at night.Telling us that they can't do drive through orders.They can't give us change and we can't use our card and they can't give us change back. I could see this happened on some days but I live in the area and it has been over 6 times to the point I won't come back. Something seems illegal going on in there like people are skimming money off the top.. I'll always go to the Burger King on 270 An West Florissant before this one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I go to this location, they’re only doing mobile orders or DoorDash. They need to close this location because it’s pure laziness that they don’t wanna take regular orders. I have never in my life dealt with some BS like this. At Burger King I’m supposed to have it my way, but apparently not at this location

Horrible….Been here 30 mins for a door dash and now I have to cancel because they can’t find the receipt ….Iviry the manager is a ver weak manager…..he had 4 people waiting in drive thru and never even came to say any thing….We had to get out and knock on the window only to see that it was 3 guys there….the time is 9.38pm and I’ve been here since 9pm….I will never come back!!!
