Went to Burger King with my friend, we both love the Whopper.
Wheelchair accessibility: This facility does not have wheelchair accessibility that we saw and my friend has problems with curbs an it was a large one.

The employees act as if you are bothering them. The food is Never Fresh. They cook up a bunch and it sits. They get an attitude when you ask for hot food.

Didn't have food I wanted off the menu

I sat in DT for 10 than the guy asked if I could come in bc he was having shift issues than once I got inside the guy started taking orders than my order was made WRONG!! I called 22 times no answer

Ordered two of the melt meals that's advertised as $8.49 on the menu and they rung me up for $9.19 each plus taxes. I asked why they price is different no one knows and surprisingly they couldn't print me a receipt after I paid cash for my food. Then had to pull up and wait for my food to be ready. ITS BK RIPPING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE EMPLOYEES STEALING AND ADDING IT TO THE CUSTOMERS BILL.
I am reaching out to express my concern regarding a recent experience at Burger King. I haven’t visited Burger King in years, but unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing.
The food I received was cold. While the fries were fresh, the burgers were clearly not. Shortly after consuming my meal, I experienced severe stomach discomfort and a strong urge to vomit. This was unlike any feeling I’ve had after eating at a restaurant. I am not pregnant, and I had eaten earlier in the day, so this was not a feeling of fullness. Rather, it was a sharp, nauseating sickness that made me feel like I was going to throw up everything I had just eaten.
Given this experience, I have decided that I will no longer dine at Burger King. I have never felt this way after eating at any restaurant before, and I believe this situation warrants attention.
I hope you will address this issue to ensure no one else has a similar experience.

Legitimately feel so bad leaving such a negative review but it was ridiculous… went through the drive through with no one ahead of me. Had to repeat myself three times and the order was all wrong. Had me pull up and wait 25 min for two burgers and two fries with a chicken nugget. Gave the person who pulled in behind me their order after five minutes. The burgers were wrong, the fries had zero salt and the nuggets were missing. They didn’t give me a receipt either so I couldn’t even go back to fix it. We just left. Won’t go back ever.

I hate this Burger King! I’m mad my door dasher went to this one I just knew my food wasn’t gonna be right. I ordered an impossible burger and was sent the wrong thing on top of other items missing. And the last time I went through the drive through they had an attitude and didn’t want to do their job!

Although the food wasn’t the best the customer service was exceptional!!! I felt like a top tier customer with name recognition service features.
The team seemed to get along pretty well and worked together to deliver the needs of the customer , just beautiful ???
Kid-friendliness: Playground area, friendly employees plenty of space to separate dining from play area ( in case you have little ones that like to run a little bit more ?)
