They should close this place. It would be the best thing possible. We arrived at 8:00 pm. The arrogant lady at the register said we were already closed. When it was supposed to be nice weather, no, really, terrible service and attention. They really should train their people better.

What was missing from my order: The large fry to my meal, the honey mustard wrap, the ranch to the chicken fries, and straws for the 2 drinks. I only came to this location because it had the limited time bbq brisket whopper. We’ll now i’ve tried it. Only noticing now, coming on here, that this location has more one star reviews than any other. And what’s truly sad is they didn’t even seem high or anything which would be a typical normal explanation- they’re just straight up incompetent. I mean… it’s Burger King… They did manage to get the bacon on my burger though (which was actually shocking)

The young man taking my order was very pleasant. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo, no lettuce. Forgot to ask for no salt. Im beginning to think all fast food down the fries in salt!! Anyhoo... While we didn't wait long..... fries a bit salty for my taste (refilled my soda at least once to counteract), and the chicken looked overcooked and still had lettuce ( next time, I'll ask for plain....) I didn't want to wait for a replacement as I was already getting hangry. Hey, what happened to the big K chicken?? It was perfect, lightly breaded on a hoagie type bun! 😕

The young man that took the order before me to an older gentleman was so rude. The older gentleman asked for his receipt, and the young man pointed his finger down in see dang man you could’ve grabbed it right there in your face. I didn’t say anything I was there for lunch with my toddler When it was time for me to get my order. I asked him for some dipping sauce for my cheese sticks, he threw them at me tossed and when I didn’t catch one, he pointed downward and see it there. Go right there instructing me to pick it up and a snap because you should not be this rude to people contribute into your paycheck. I’ve been trying to contact someone that can possibly do something about this because that guy was so disrespectful to all the customers that approached that building that day and I can’t get in touch with no one on top of giving a number three and I had not one piece of bacon on my sandwich.

This place isn't bad at all, but if there's a police officer in line you might want to just leave. I waited 20 minutes in line behind a SCCHPD car 201 for about 20 minutes before I finally just left the line to get a pizza from Little Ceasars. It took about 15 minutes for the officer to get his bag and then he handed it right back to the person at the window. That was it for me
