I worked here in the 81 . I heard it's not the same and different owner . But they were around for about 100 years a family business nothing last forever then again neither does the neighborhood it's in Jenning I hate to say has changed really bad nothing like the 70s or 80s when it was clean and booming

The manager here was very unprofessional..she gave me a number that doesn't work to call her at..this is no longer Knodels Bakery. It is Natalie's Bakery...the manager was no help at all to me. But she does have some excellent workers that will go out there way to make you happy. If it wasn't for them I would have rated this place even lower..The cake they made for me was good!!
Orders are not prepared on time. Cake order was a mess , where the Carmel icing was on the table, not the cake. Cake was still warm also the icing. What a mess

First off this is not knodels bakery! "Natalie "is her name. Black owned ...I was thrilled about that, but unfortunately I was not thrilled about the service i received. At pick up i arrived at 1pm, the ticket said 12 noon, cake not ready. A child said due to the weather we are LATE getting your cake ready? Wow . I waited,no apologies ... got the cake left. It was not what i ordered it was a whipped cream icing, not butter cream, the cake was doughy... also the cake had some ribbons that were unappealing, and unbeatable. For what I paid for this cake, I did not get my money's worth. I will b more selective next time frfr!
