I had the worst experience ever I have never heard an employee be so disrespectful to a customer with manager standing right there witnessing the employee curse the customer out because she rang up her order wrong with an item she didn't order. I asked the manager if he just was gone to allow that employee to carry on like that in a place packed full of customers he just shrugged his shoulders. So I informed him that there is always someone that needs a job!! Hint hint!!! I only gave one star so I could leave a comment but it deserved none!!

I ordered online... pepperoni pizza, 2 pepperoni crazy puffs an wings an a ranch dipping sauce. The only thing they got right was the wings. They sent me a sausage pizza with no sauce an the crazy puffs are cheese an herbs an no sauce for the wings.. please read the order an check to make sure you have the right order for the right recipient... READ PEOPLE!!!

Don't know how to post a picture, and I REALLY REALLY WISH I COULD, but I ordered pizza puffs and they were tragically disfigured. If my ride didn't have to go to work I would've had them make it over or refund me my money! My advice for anybody reading this.......check your food as soon as they give it to you! Seen a guy do it before and his entire pizza was LITERALLY upside down!

Each time I have gone to this location I'm told something different by the staff. Everyone is a manager and they decide the menu by whomever is working that day. I forget why I stop buying from them until I go back in and get the same terrible service. Never again.

OK, just to let everybody know they don’t make crazy puffs after 8 o’clock.
I walk in November 19, 2024 and was told by a young African-American woman that I could not place an order for crazy Puffs because they do not make them past 8 o’clock.
There were DoorDash drivers in there, waiting and other customers, but the employee, a young male was sitting on his phone.
I wish AI controlled this whole entire store then maybe I could have placed an order for crazy puffs and left but instead I wasn’t able to spend any money or get any food.
My post is only long because they were the only ones in the area that say they close at 10p and I left my area and drove all the way there to not get any food waste my gas, and my time.
Did an Uber pickup from here. It was crowded but they worked to get the order right away. All of the cashier's were teenage African American girls and they provided excellent customer service, moved fast and were very professional. Great job!
