At breakfast they never want to make the coffee out ask for never. I asked for a caramel latte they said no, I asked for a caramel macchiato they said no I'm totally sick of this place it needs to get shut down.

The wait for the simplest orders is insane. To get to the window and see si many people behind the counter doing nothing but playing kinda makes you irritated after waiting 20 minutes for a simple fry.

Ordered bacon biscuit and iced coffee. Once again, coffee taste like water and biscuit undercooked, fell apart, bacon old. At this point, McDonalds just needs to shut down. You have all these young ins working there who obviously don't give a dam. I give up, so done..

They need negative stars. Never have enough works. I ordered via the app and no one never brought my food out. When I went in, order was not correct. Workers have a bad attitude. Just close this location. I will drive 50 miles before I go back to this McDonald's

They make you use the kiosk, instead of actually helping the customer. What in the world happened to customer service. Older people still need help, not everyone want to Order on a kiosk, they dismiss the people to focus on door dash orders
