Worst Macdonalds I think I’ve actually ever been to. Lock the lobby, u can hear them just blasting music inside, and I’ve been sitting in the drive thru almost 25 min and I’m not even at the second window yet. Awful just awful. They make this company look like a damn joke

Food was fresh and hot staff was friendly woulda gave 5 stars but I asked for no ice and they made me pay for a side of tartar also lot was kinda trashy.

I hate to be the one to rant especially toward my own people in my neighborhood but this McDonald's is getting out of hand it's the middle of the afternoon and they act like they can't process these orders effectively McDonald's was made to move people through the line quickly and you will sit here for 20 minutes just to get somebody to talk to you on the speaker the line literally does not move and then it's a 50/50 Toss up if you get the right food it's a combination of Management workers and the fact that nobody cares about good customer service for your sake avoid McDonald's on Jennings station road just go to the one on natural bridge

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Stopped in when it was really not busy. Plenty of staff. Ordered food and waited half an hour. Finally got food. No drinks. Asked for drinks. Gal disappeared, never came back. Left after another 10 minutes waiting. Staff are completely unmanaged and move at a snails pace. The guy in the back making the food was the only one moving.

I ordered thru the mc Donald’s app and when I got my order, my Large Caramel Frappe is missing and I called mc Donald’s 3 times and no answer.

I came in for some oatmeal this morning and it was only a quarter of a cup that wasn't nothing in the cup and then I stuck my spoon in an oatmeal the oatmeal feel like this probably was made a month ago and this cost me almost 4 bucks that is crazy and I've been trying to call back and call back and no one answer the phone got too many damn kids working in their place I want my money back.

You would think that people who work in a restaurant would treat you like they would want to be treated as a customer. There's always something missing in the orders, I ordered a big breakfast with pancakes, I got home to eat and the butter was old, the sausage was dry like it's been sitting for days and I go back then you have an attitude talking about, well, breakfast is over but you can get something of equal value. No, how about you just refund me my money and don't ever return to this store again. One of the worst McDonald's I've been to.
