I am simply sick and tired of coming to this white castle and the doors being locked in the middle of the day. A person deserves the opportunity to come in and sit down and eat their food. Everybody does not want to do the drive-through.

I love White castles. But sometimes they forget to put what I order in the bag. Usually when the line is pretty long and it seems like they're short on workers they kind of leave things out but otherwise I love the service.

Lines is way too long for too long... the service is not what I thought it would by far, I door dashed and was instructed to call the store if line was too long and they would bring the food out and I did and they told me to go to the drive thru amd hung up on me. And I sat in the line for 45 minutes..
They did not miss!!!!! The food was flavored and seasoned and hot and fresh baby if I didn't live in Tennessee I would be back asap and the fact they all had om hair nets made was a major plus cause why do people in the food industry not feel like they should wear them?
