According to the employee I spoke too this location does not use red ranch on the beef N cheddar. I have never been told this at any location across the country. If its not obvious I eat arbys alot. I do not recommend this location.

How do not carry jalapeño poppers! That's the whole reason I come here. The sadness is overwhelming 😢. My whole birthday is ruined. And the bronco berry sauce... how can it be replaced? I haven't eaten another jelly since discovering it! I have to rewrite my future and cancel dinner with myself again.
Whats with the 'medium' drink the size of a child's drink? I spent money on that!

Although the young man at the counter was helpful, our experience overall was horrid. Our first order contained French fries that were so old I couldn’t bite thought them. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown and slimy. After taking it back and receiving our replacement, I was again disappointed. The fries were the wrong kind and the sandwich was cold and stale. Never going back.

The smoked brisket sandwich is really very good. I was pleasantly surprised
I am completely disappointed with takeout for me and my husband. Paid 30$for turkey n bacon ranch sandwiches and fries. Get home to find both sandwiches with no bacon, tomatoes, onion or ranch dressing. We had only mayo for dressing. We love these sandwiches, but this was a total disappointment for us. Drove 13 miles each way.

Went through the drive thru. No issues understanding through the speaker. Relatively quick service, immediately after paying they let me know the fries were 1 minute as they were a fresh drop. Food was good, no complaints.
