Personally, I spoke to the owner Maria and she definitely didn’t sound genuinely interested in making customers have a memorable experience. Sounded like a broken record with a big ego :( probably had a bad day. The food was above edible! Tho again, wasn’t to par with what I was hoping with authentic Filipino food, tho I suppose good enough for the Midwest :/ give it a try yourself, but as a restaurant worker myself, better hospitality would’ve gone a long way.

Finding this restaurant by Maria lit up my afternoon, she was so friendly and the food feels like you’re sitting down to a family member’s cooking, nothing fancy, nourishing and soulful. Highly recommend this little home cooked oasis

We never had Filipino food before. I ordered the Chibog platter which is like a sampler platter with several different foods. I liked the skewers the best. The flavors were subtle and different in a good way! Be sure to call or text your order in advance so you don't have to wait! It is drive thru only. The employees are very good about helping with you order by phone.

I loved the amazing service; great people. The food was unique and good.
However the food almost took an hour and got some of the wrong orders.
It's alright though, I understand that it's a humbling business.
I would definitely recommend it if you have never tried Philippine food!

The food is excellent and the staff is awesome, but the prices are too expensive for the small portion sizes. Supporting local is great and all but you're getting so little for the money.

Have come here several times over the past year and it's always great! The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet. We have to get the lumpia every time we go it is so good. Their pansit is also great. The skewers and adobo are always so tender and delicious. We are blessed to have amazing authentic Filipino food so close to us. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

My wife is from the Philippines and have visited there several times. This restaurant had some of the best food I've had in the states that was even close to authentic Filipino food without someone trying to add an American flair. The owners are super nice! I highly recommend eating here if you're in the area.
