Alex a female with hair color of half black half red. Has No Customer Service Skills! She is Rude and Thinks she knows it all! This is the 2nd time I have had her Rude attitude! Zack the manager is Amazing! The other employees are very kind! There is No Reason the employees should not be wearing disposable gloves preparing the pizza! At the Prep Station! It is Clay County Health dept Rules! Alex said they have 2 hand washing stations but no one after handing money scratching the sweaty necks went back to wash their hands!

Placed an online order at 8:43p. Received a phone call from the store at 9:29pm that our pizzas were done, and that the manager was delivering pizzas in liberty and would be back to the store in 10 minutes. So I told her that means my pizzas will be sitting there getting cold for 10 minutes, plus however long he is at the store, plus the 10 minutes it takes to get to my house? She had no answer. Got a text Zachary left the store at 9:29pm. He didn’t show up until after 10pm. Did nothing to try and make this right. We were left with 3 lukewarm pizzas and bread. One box was collapsed in.

Went and got me and my wife pizza from dominos in Kearney yesterday, she bit into her Pizza crust and found this small blue plastic piece. Dominos wouldn’t give a refund and were acting suspicious the whole time, do better dominos!

Like others have said, this location had a rough start. More often than not, pizzas were overdone. Lately, this team has been absolutely crushing it. Service is great, and the pizza is fantastic. If you've been burned (pun intended) in the past, give them another go. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

I went in there last night to the counter. I pushed the little help button, waited about 5 minutes,.....turn around and walked out cuz nobody came to the counter. There are no cars!no customers! one delivery car was in the parking lot. Then I just called back today was going to see if they would deliver to my area and when I'm still talking the kid hung up on me. So yeah never got a chance to eat there unfortunately and I probably won't. I'm really tired of poor customer service and I won't spend my money anywhere that has it.Period!
Hours say open til midnight. At 1030 had problems ordering on app decide to just go to store. At 1045 they were closed store dark.

Poor pizza, poor service, disgusting inside. Wish i asked for a refund but judging my other reviews here i doubt id get it. This dominos used to be my go to place to eat and now its just awful. Go to pizza shoppe down the street if you’re looking for pizza in Kearney.

I love dominoes pizza. I haven’t had a bad experience yet, that’s until I went to this dominoes. The atmosphere was heavy with water all over the floor leaking from the back it looks like. The one employee that stood out the most was Zach. He was so rude to my wife and I just because she saw him not wash his hands from handling other things before making our pizza. We ended up just leaving without the pizza because how rude he was. If there was a way to do negative stars I would have.
