I loved my peppermint bark blizzard! My grandson was disappointed in his Oreo cookie brownie cupfection due to the stale brownie. I regularly buy the Heath brownie cupfection and the brownies are always stale, no matter what state I buy them in! Come on DQ, upgrade your brownies!!!

Took awhile to get our food. They were out of ranch dressing and we had to ask for ketchup. Tables were not very clean but they appeared understaffed.

I’m not sure why this restaurant has plenty of negative reviews, but this place is a great place to enjoy some yummy treats. I know someone personally that works there and her friends do their best to provide and put out the best quality possible. Kayla, Halley S, Jesus and Anna, thank you for making the place a great environment and a yummy place to dine in and eat! I am a regular and have been for years and I enjoy the positive energy from these employees. You can’t control others vibes as anywhere you go or work, there will be a group of kids who don’t pay attention. I have not met all the staff! I do recommend 1000/1000!

I went in to Kearney Dairy Queen with my children and the great grandkids. Ages 3,4 and 6. The amount of inappropriate conversations, cussing and amount of time our food sat in the window was outrageous. I asked to speak to a manager and for about 10 minutes the lady was “looking for her manager”. The same lady proceeded to come back, describing herself as the manager when “no manager was in the store that she knew of”. She said her name was Alli or Allyson. Our food was very cold and the fries were nasty. The nice lady who was running the register who served us explained that there was a lot of new people and that the management has been falling apart and the place is going down hill from the management team. She gave us a hand full of coupons and proceeded to help take our options. The young lady who was manager on the other hand was disrespectful and told us if we were not satisfied then we can get out of the restaurant as for her boss would of said the same thing and refused to give us cooperate number. If people are pushing reviews, they need to make sure everyone is doing their job. My daughter came in a few weeks ago and there was a child in the kitchen window. For my understanding from what my daughter said is that the management team all lives together and they have a plan to get fired and all be on paid time off for being fired “for no reason”. This small town of ours and everyone used to love Dairy Queen up until new management came along. I don’t suggest eating there unless your at least 16+ of age as they talk about body parts and sexual intercourse. And I don’t suggest working there unless you are wanting a bad impression on yourself. Kearney needs better!

I am a regular and the attitude towards the employees from the management is insane.
The week prior to that a young lady was asking for extra hours and the manager mentioning maybe if she can work Sundays then she will be scheduled. The young lady was struggling to catch up on chill and asked the manager for help, but the manager pretended as if she didn’t exist by ignoring her request for help.
About a month ago the manager and the cook got into an argument over messing someone’s meal up, but th customer wasn’t upset about it and the attitude was not necessary to the cook, especially if the customer wasn’t mad. We could hear the manager out in the sitting area arguing.
As I was dinning in there was a young lady who was asking for more hours and I heard her availability was full time and she was complaining about only getting like 10 hours a week and needs to make money to support her family. The attitude of the manager mentioning maybe you should work nights instead or weekends was rude. You never know what someone’s at home schedule is.
Someone in that facility mentioned that all management live together and that they take all the hours for themselves which needs to be addressed. Maybe they don’t need to work there or maybe they need to calm down on there employees. I had asked to talk to HR, corporate, but the manager always refuses.
Thank you to the employees, Anna, Grace and Elizabeth for the great service provided!

Worst DQ we have ever been to! Ice cream was really really soft and lobby was closed at 9:07 even though it said they were open until 10pm. Chocolate dip coat seemed thinned down or maybe the ice cream was just not cold enough. Blizzard was soupy and they also would not cook any fries. We will not be back to this location.

Train wreck. Zero accountability or management. Disgraceful. Unorganized and kids literally arguing while customers watch in disbelief. Literally just watched a customer who's order was wiped off the board walk out. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Stopped for a vanilla cone on this hot humid day. Ordered two medium vanilla cones but wanted one in a dish. The staff was friendly and prompt thank you! However the size of cone we got would compare to a tiny kid's cones. Had to pay extra for the cone in a dish as it is now a sundae??? I should have taken a clue that the parking lot was empty. Charged over $8.00 for two small kid size vanilla ice cream cones. Save your money and don't buy ice cream here. It is not a DQ like others we stop at during our travels. Extremely over priced for what you get.

Went through the drive through and ordered a medium blizzard. Redeemed my points for it. Lady/man?? Was working window was rude. And handed out a small one. Closed door immediately. I looked and thought this ain’t a medium. Honked my horn they came back to the window. I asked her/him? is this a medium they said yes and slam the door back shut. Got home looked up a size for a medium blizzard and I for sure Got a small one and paid for a medium size. Small is 12 oz. Med is 16. Was not happy with my experience there. Probably wont go back there. Don’t like rude lying people!!

$7 for a very small blizzard seems excessive.
Nice location and the ice cream treats were made as expected.
