I had not been to a McDonald’s in a couple of years. This place is exactly why. An extremely long wait in the drive-through. They didn’t even even start the order until I got to the window and then gave me nasty. Cold fries. They were so bad I couldn’t eat them and I’m starving. Inside the window, it was chaos. I actually called the Manager‘s excuse was I just got here. 🤦🏼‍♂️

This location is very bad about getting orders wrong or mixed up with other customers. They served me a sausage patty today that was burned to a crisp. I took one bite and had to spit it out. I returned for a replacement. No apology at all. They replaced it but the new patty had burn spots on it too. It was edible but not worth the money.

The seating area inside olthe restaurant is filthy. All of the tables had some sort of food or trash on them, the floor hasn't been swept as there is food and trash on the floor.

Horrible service. I had a DoorDash order and by the time the dasher was there, they said that they couldn’t open the doors for him and when he explained the situation, they said they didn’t give a shit. horrible service.

I had a doordash order to pick up that was placed before they had closed. when i went to pick it up the lady at the window was EXTREMELY rude. when i first pulled up she said “hello?” with so much attitude, then proceeded to say “actually we closed”, when i asked what i should do she said “idk we’re closed… so bye”. i think she had dyed red hair not sure tho. i just find it extremely disrespectful, i know they were closed but that was not expressed to me by doordash and still think you should uphold customer service even if closed because that’s still your clientele. 05/29/2025

Ordered breakfast around 1020 got there at 1035 to be told they arnt serving breakfast anymore when its 5 mins past lunch time. Just sounds like being lazy too me

We went through the drive thru to get drinks. The Coke-a-Colas they gave me was carbonated, asked if someone would change the carbonation; kid proceeded to tell me the person who does that wouldn’t be in, manager came over (short, dark hair wears glasses- saw no name tag, didn’t say who she was), she proceeded to get a small cup filled it and said “it taste like our normal Coke!” I asked for a refund and was told they don’t refund drinks (WTheck?!) so I asked for different flavor of drink and left. I’m pretty sure I know carbonation when I taste it. Never have I seen management do that or argue with a customer. I’ve been to this one many times with no issues. The service has gone down hill. Just sad since she is in a customer service position that she chose to be snarky. 12/22/24 early afternoon
