I hope the owner of this location responds. I cannot believe how far this place has fallen. Terribly disappointed in the last 6 months of weekly visits. The app, according to staff, is always wrong? 30 minute carry-out orders are too short of time. Waited an additional 15 minutes in the store and.. this is the new norm sadly. Also paid for cheese sticks.. left with breadsticks because they 'forgot' to start them. Try Domino's

I basically got a par baked pizza. The handmade pan pizza crust is terrible and still doughy. Won't be coming back which is a shame as I was really pulling for this place over pizza hut.

This location is the best. The crew rocks They go above and beyond every time I order. Ash does an excellent job as leader and it shows when I come to pick up my pizza. I love the people here.
Been going here for many years, unfortunately service and product is declining. On my last visit, I ordered three pizzas and they told me they messed up one of them and needed to do a rebake. After waiting some time they told me they messed it ip again and needed to do another rebake. At that point it was over an hour since the ordered and I had other commitments, so I asked for a refund on one pizza and I would take the other two. They said that refunds are not possible, only credits for future orders, and the future order had to be over the phone, not online. This was not acceptable to me. The manager then said the pizza would be ready in one minute, so I agreed to wait. When I got home, that pizza was still raw and not cooked. While I prefer to resolve issues with the manager and give local businesses another chance, unfortunately, in this case that was not successful, so I will not be going back to this location.

2 Cold Pizza’s, 8 wings, and breadsticks = $70.00. Okay guys. If you are used to ordering food since the pandemic, you know customer service isn’t what it used to be and everything is overpriced since 2020. Our pizza was cold, it was delivery so we expected that. But we also did not receive our ranch for the wings. Par for the course. If you absolutely cannot cook your own pizza at home, try Pizza Hut. Good Luck. It’s high priced, but edible.

Had it delivered. Not hot at all. Wasn’t cooked all the way and hardly any toppings. Worst pizza I’ve had in years. For $40 pizza it wasn’t worth it.

I tried the melts today. Wow, love the crispy shell. I got the pepperoni lovers and it was hot and fresh! The price is right and it was enough for 2 people for lunch. Best $7 I've spent in a long time!
