This location is absolutely horrendous. Just ordered a large pizza and it was so undercooked that it was inedible. Tried cooking it in our oven, but it was still floppy. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again!

We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of wings $64 and change. We get the pizzas delivered 2 were thin and crispy crusts, they were thin but the very doughy. This has happened several times but on a Wednesday at 5:30 pm? I took the pizzas and wings back to the store and showed them the pizzas and asked for a refund. The person on duty said they could remake them, I replied that I wanted a refund. She told me she could give me a credit. I said no, I won’t be dining here again. She called her boss, and I left without my pizza and without my money. They stole my money! What kind of customer service is this. Now I have to call corporate. I will never spend my money in this business again! Please check your pizzas!

After repeated times of ordering pizza from this location and giving them second chances it has only gotten worse. When you order thin and crispy you expect the pizza dough to be cooked fully. The pizza was horrible when we tried to pick it out of the box after we had it delivered. We took the pizzas back and asked for our money back and they told us they couldn’t do that!!!! We will not be ordering pizza from this location again and warn anyone else as well. Check your pizzas that you pay for to make sure the pizza is baked correctly! And we will call corporate until we receive our refund!

I hope the owner of this location responds. I cannot believe how far this place has fallen. Terribly disappointed in the last 6 months of weekly visits. The app, according to staff, is always wrong? 30 minute carry-out orders are too short of time. Waited an additional 15 minutes in the store and.. this is the new norm sadly. Also paid for cheese sticks.. left with breadsticks because they 'forgot' to start them. Try Domino's

I basically got a par baked pizza. The handmade pan pizza crust is terrible and still doughy. Won't be coming back which is a shame as I was really pulling for this place over pizza hut.
