Stables was good, BUT Conrad's is better!!! We've always had good service whether at the bar or seated at a table. The boneless wings will hang with most "Wing" companies. Great atmosphere, great place to relax.

I went to Texas for February, and I stopped here going back home, 4k mile trip.I can safely say this place was the biggest disappointment of the entire trip.Their "specialty" tea (long island) was so watered down I had 3 20 Oz glasses and didn't even feel a buzz, ok, maybe I'm an alcoholic, I'll give them that one.The onion ring batter was so plain and tasteless I can't image what they used for batter, paste? Plain flour and water would have more flavor.The tenderloin sandwich was equally tasteless, I assume it was the same batter. If you think Cracker Barrel is too spicy this is the sandwich for you. I don't know what cut of pork they used, but maybe they shouldn't have boiled it before they deep fried it.Nope, never again.

Food is always good, the Cajun pasta is delicious however warning, it's not just Cajun spiced flavor wise. It will set your mouth on fire and your backside will burn for days. Do not try if you get heartburn real bad.
