This starbucks has changed its atmosphere, etc. I have been here before a few times over the past few years and did not like the atmosphere created by the manager at the time.
But, I can say that these past few times being here have made me want to come here more. Kudos to the manager making a positive atmosphere and upping the quality and cleanliness of this starbucks! Love yhr atmosphere today!

. We were contracted to do snow removal at Starbucks, and I ran in to grab a double shot with caramel for some energy so we could keep pushing. The woman who rang me up was incredibly personable. She asked how our day was going and how long we’d been pushing snow. I told her, “Since Friday,” and she laughed and said, “Well that was a bad question to ask,” which immediately broke the tension. She made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely appreciated for being out there doing the work.

When you ask for light ice, and they then fill your cup 2/3 with ice, does not make sense in my book! It happens over and over again with Starbucks across all locations! From now on you’ll have to earn your tip, don’t expect it up front!
