Sat there for over 30 mins after getting three out of the four of our drinks and ended up leaving without one of the drinks because they were taking forever and we told them we were waiting and she said she would make it so we waited and she didn’t so we left and didn’t get a refund

This Starbucks is so rude and slowest I have ever seen. Waited 30 minutes while other people order after and getting drink before. It is insane.
Absolutely love this place and the people that work there.... Yes at times it takes them a little bit but not a big deal and you get this no matter what one you go too. The blond manager is amazing (She has tattoo's and I'm horrible with names) and always goes above and beyond and so does a few others as well!! Thank you all for doing an amazing job anx for putting up with some of the not so nice and entitled people in this town!!

Used to love this place.... the service was fantastic. I tipped happily. Lately I've mobile ordered a couple times. 4-7 minutes the time showed. Got there and had to leave before I got my food. When I walked in there was 1 guy waiting also and 3 people that drove up to the drive thru and left again after I'd been standing awhile. 20 min. After my order was placed, I still didn't have my food. Second time it said 3-6 min. And also while standing inside waiting for about 5 min after arriving which would have been the 6 minutes. A car was coming up to the drive thru window and 2 more cars came thru the drive thru, ordered food, and left again before I got mine. 15 min. Wait that time. Definitely would not recommend less it's your only option for the next 30 minutes.
