Food was fresh but that was only bright spot. Building was so cold we had to get order to go. Had to order on kiosk and wait was way too long considering they weren't busy at all. 5/10 because food was good

The drive thru was awful we sat for over 20 minutes( not lunch time) and the food was very messy.

They mess up on my iced coffees many times or if you cash out your rewards points you get all the way there and then wait at the pickup spot 30 minutes later have to come inside because nobody ever came & then they tell you their frappe machine or whatever you ordered off your points they don't got and they don't offer you anything else and tell you your points will be back on your account in 24 hours and this happened 3 times with my frappe drinks and I NEVER got my points back so this needs fixed and their app needs to let you know if they don't got it before they basically rob you of your points that you spent money on their food saved them to cash them out for nothing
Came in here to pick up my to-go order they do not have their drink and ice machines out front ask for a cup of ice in my own cup and was told it would be a $1 for a cup of ice

I went and placed a big order for breakfast, and was sitting there patiently waiting for my food, I knew it was gonna take some time, well they started talking crap In the kitchen, calling us stupid and telling us that we had no choice but to wait, and that we shouldn't have ordered all this food, that we were fatass people, and stupid for not placing it on mobile app, other customers waiting to order overheard how they were talking about us, so they left, well when we finally got our bag we left and didn't check it, git home and went to passing food to family and half our order was missing, called em n no answer, went up there with all the bags and she said that that was all we ordered even tho the tag on the bag and the receipt said different, didn't make it right, didn't do anything about it just said take what u have and don't complain, will not go back

Always use drive thru and they never get my order correct. I should check my food but I get down the road it isn’t correct. One of the worst McDonald’s around the area.

God, this place gets worse every time we go. Unfortunately my autistic son will NOT eat anywhere else, he has to have mcdonalds chicken nuggets. We will usually just avoid eating out period but sometimes we have no choice. 0/10 do NOT recommend this place at all. It used to be hit or miss on whether you'd get good food here, the last 2 or 3 years it's been on a steep decline.
