Since the change in staffing years ago quality has dropped. They no longer accept paper coupons despite mailing them locally and block the most popular coupons.

My sandwhich was supposed to have sliced avocado instead I got smashed avocado, was super cold never toasted I ordered on the app to pick up I wanted it toasted, had to come home stick it in the air fryer. Didn't have cookies even around 8pm and they close at 10pm. My meal costs 18$ so you'd figure it would be made how I want

They have lost my services all together I have gave them multiple chances they have messed up my orders 3 times now. Evey single time I have been charged for meats, veggies, and sauce they didn't even put on my sandwiches. One time they charged me for a brownie that they didn't have and didn't tell me that and I almost drove away without my money and no brownie. This time they also put the wrong bread and didn't tell me. I'm so done with the laziness and wasting my money I don't ask for extra shit to nit get it

My wife and I ordered food online and they took the money out of our checking account but told us they wouldn't make our sandwiches cause it didn't show in there system even though we have a record of the order and wouldn't give us a refund so they scammed us
