They have lost my services all together I have gave them multiple chances they have messed up my orders 3 times now. Evey single time I have been charged for meats, veggies, and sauce they didn't even put on my sandwiches. One time they charged me for a brownie that they didn't have and didn't tell me that and I almost drove away without my money and no brownie. This time they also put the wrong bread and didn't tell me. I'm so done with the laziness and wasting my money I don't ask for extra shit to nit get it

My wife and I ordered food online and they took the money out of our checking account but told us they wouldn't make our sandwiches cause it didn't show in there system even though we have a record of the order and wouldn't give us a refund so they scammed us

And my coke was more clear than tea, get it together!

Ordered through the app. That was no problem. Bread is so hard you couldn’t cut it with a knife. It was dried out and stale. Will not be going back to Kennett Subway. I’ll drive farther if I want Subway. Very disappointed. If I could leave a negative number I would.

Monday 10:57am I was humiliated degraded and very offended and verbally attacked because I was with Door Dash the lady close to the register at the time if they check the cameras she's the one that brought me the order but she let it be known to everybody that somebody from doordash steals their food and if anything was missing from the bag she handed me she was sending the customer to me she treated me like I was one of the people that was a theif I Am Not A THEIF that was just awkward an embarrassing for the guy next to me the other lady working there and the guy ordering his food this lady has a very bad attitude a wanted me to sign the notebook on the counter and then told me if anything is missing for that order they would be coming for me and send the customer my info I'm talking to lawyer about this so subway in Kennett mo is fixing to see what happens when you let your employees treat delivery workers in such a manner I haven't been back out delivering since this has happened it's been to embarrassing to be seen as a Door Dasher in this town I'm from

The women here were rude. The music was absolutely vulgar. I was told the only ones that complained were Christians. I called the speak with manager. Not there. What kind of people do you hire? Anti Christian lovers for sure. But to be so bold about it. Really? I'm absolutely appalled. I won't be back. I'm from Memphis and your store was worst than any there and that's saying something.
