“I've been going here since I was a little kid and their food is still unmatched. Old timey, diner-style restaurant with friendly service, to-die-for ice cream, and plenty of lovely memories. Also has great pricing and a claw machine I've won two stuffed animals from, which is in my opinion a good record. Highly reccommend mozzarella sticks, fries, and waffle cone sundae (mint chip is superior).”

Cassidy who usually waits on us from the bar is so nice! She is the best Bartender/ waitress because we always sit over there so we see her! Is awesome! She is a friend now and alaways makes sure we have what we need! We are happy Nubbies is here in Oakville. Tina and her husband are doing a great job! “Like many of us do, we eat at a lot of different Mexican restaurants, but we feel this one by far exceeds them all. Their food is delicious and always fresh. We feel that the margaritas are the best in Jefferson County. The people who own it are friendly and our service is always fantastic. What we like about the service is if you want to hurry up and eat and leave, they will provide that for you. But if you like to sit around like we do with our friends and have pictures of margaritas and not be rushed they will allow that also. We absolutely love we are never rushed. Hands-down, it is our favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Jefferson County and in the top three in the entire St. Louis /Jefferson County area. We are huge fans of the shrimp fajitas.”

“The coffee was great! I got an iced white chocolate mocha and my boyfriend got a hot white chocolate mocha. They also have ice cream and other sweet treats. There was cozy seating and a small section for kids to play. Overall great place for the entire family.”
