Clean. Hostess knew the menu and was quick and pleasing to deal with. Food was spot on , hot , tasty , and what I would hope for at every place I eat

I'm reading this because of the fact that Arby's without issues remade my order for me without my receipt although they said they could only do it one time but they still did it. so for that I give them 4 stars I do not recommend the curly fries for as they were hard crunchy and not good

This place used to be better, they have hired some young people that despise working and live to be on their cell phone. It seems like they just throw everything together as fast as they can then bag it. If you get a sandwich with deli meat it could very well be a ball of meat in one spot, sp you might have to take it apart and remake it yourself. Try the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, it's delicious!!

The food was okay, my beef and cheddar was good but my husbands fish was cold, we had to repeat our order more then twice (we ordered the 2 for 6.99 and 2 drinks) the guy at the register looked and acted higher then a kite. We ordered to go & the guy asked us twice if it was to go we said yes they headed us a plate with 2 sandwhichs. 2 sodas where completely out on soda. Just not the best service.
Only reason I left One star is because they won't let me leave ZERO. They were out of Horsey Sauce and had to eat my sandwich dry! Total BS

I gave it two stars and even that was generous..sad to say that I hadn't had the chance to visit an Arby's in years.. thinking back to the last time I ate Arby's I remember the food being absolutely delicious... It was hot, fresh, and the staff was friendly.. so imagine my disappointment upon visiting this Arby's in Kingdom City a week ago.. The food was stale... It was not fresh nor hot, the front counter crew member seemed broody and extremely lackluster, no energy or spunk at all.. no one seems to give a damn about the quality of food or service these days, just a paycheck.. and for that reason I mainly cook at home.. but there are some days where I am in a hurry, and very busy that I have no time to cook at home.. So I absolutely can not in good conscience recommend THIS Arby's!!..
