Came through the drive thru at 8:30pm, got told they only have chicken strips and 3 beef Patty's. Got our food, the chicken was cold and stale, the slice of bread cold and stale. The French fries were also obviously were an hour old from how cold and Chewy they were. Only thing good was the ice cream, but they made that infront of us. Thought they closed at 9, nope website said the drive thru closes at 10. Will not be coming back to this location.

Stopped for lunch and had a couple of their burger meals. Food was great and toppings were fresh. Was just expensive.

They were not very busy, but still took a long time to get the order ready.

This DQ was attached to a gas station. Lots of people in and out having made their stop duel purpose while traveling. The DQ did a good job of getting the orders out. Unimpressed with the counter staff we encountered. They seemed distracted and did not acknowledge that I requested a sauce for the chicken tenders ordered. Pleasantly surprised that the sauce was in the box, it would have been a nice touch to have had the request verified when it was made.

The wait was over 30 minutes for food. Slightly warm at best when it finally was delivered. Store was a mess and no staff seemed concerned to clean anything up. Tables were dirty, trash cans over flowing.

The place was a mess! There was only one person up front handling taking the orders, packing them, and handing them out. There were 7 people in the back, and it still took forever to get our food. Then the fries we cold and hard, and they had no gravy or the chicken strip basket, and the texas toast was soggy. It took another 10 mins to get our ice cream after we got our food, and we had to repeatedly ask for our sauces.

Worst experience ever. Waited in line for 30+ minutes with two cars ahead of us. All we ordered was two 4 piece chicken strip baskets. We asked for a refund and they say the chicken came right up but still had to wait. Then we did not receive any sauce. The manager said they had a busy day but yet employees were laughing, sweeping the floor, and eating behind the counter while busy. They had a sign on the drive through window stating they were closing early due to short staff. Just close the location and save me my time and money.
