Hidden Gem on the Road – A True Desi Experience! We were driving back to Kansas and searching for Indian food nearby when we luckily came across a food truck called Panjab Covet – a traditional dhaba-style spot that absolutely blew us away! We ordered chicken tikka, pakora, chai, goat curry, and daal tarka – some to eat there and some for takeout – and everything was incredibly delicious. The flavors were rich, authentic, and reminded us of home. Not only was the food outstanding, but the atmosphere was full of that pure desi vibe – from the setup to the people. It genuinely felt like being back in the country. The staff were warm, welcoming, and added to the amazing experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving real Punjabi flavors and a homely touch. Can’t wait to visit again!

Absolutely delicious Indian in the most random spot. I went here on my way to a conference and came back on my way home to get multiple take out orders to enjoy over the next few days ?. I'm telling everyone about this place. So good!

Ordered chicken and goat biryani, the spice level was excellent as was their distinctive flavours. The portions were generous would recommend it and it could be shared. Eating at picnic tables in the wind is not for the faint of heart.

We got goat and kadhai paneer. Flavour is very good but the dishes were excessively oily. Tandoori roti was too thick as well. But other than that it’s very good food. Will probably drop by again.
