Our sandwiches are cold. And slopped together. Asked for less creamy siracha and it was all siracha and jalapenos. They mixed the other rotisserie chicken, with some other chicken. Young one was in the phone and completely ignored my husband question twice and the other looked dirty disheveled and was only polite to me not both of us. Will be waiting for shift change to take this back.

The unpleasant, tight lipped young lady working tonight couldn't rush me away any faster; sorry for bothering you with my food order.I unknowingly ordered the worlds first ice cold philly cheese steak.Thanks for the most unpleasant experience!

When I entered the restaurant I got greeted to a unwelcoming face of some young skinny kid that didn’t look like he wanted to be there. I always ask for some of my veggies heated in my salad bowl and this kid says they don’t do that which is not the case in any other subway because I always get my veggies heated every where else. That kid just doesn’t want to do extra work as his demeanor shows. I hope he finds something he enjoys in the future because this ain’t it. I get it, you’re young but don’t ruin my only option for a healthier option just because you hate it there.

I LOVE this Subway. I have tried many other locations and I have yet to find another store that keeps things as clean and tidy as this one. Inventory is always stocked nicely, everything is always extra clean and the staff is so friendly! Julian in particular is working most of the time when I stop in and it’s always a very friendly and pleasant experience. Truly an asset to the store! I will be back many more times as well.

Smiling faces. Helpful and welcoming. Not in any mood to joke around...too bad - might have gotten a more inviting review as this organization can use all of the good responses it can get. Oh...always ask for your napkins, and have them label the sandwiches when you order as they care not if the two of you order similar types. An indication of which sandwich was whose is pretty important- especially when the order comes to over $25!

We waited for some time at the counter before being acknowledged or helped. I suspect this is a new location as staff seemed a little unsure of themselves, but they made great sandwiches!I got the Mexi Cali on Herbs & Cheese, toasted, and my partner got the Veggie on multigrain, not toasted. The toppings were abundant and it was a great, easy stop during our drive.This Subway could use a LOT more signage. There are multiple signs advertising the new automatic deli slicer (yes, okay, that's cool, lol), but not a single sign advertising a Subway. Google Maps was trying to lead us back where the semi trucks were parking. You need a big sign at the level of the Travel Center sign, and then something on the shop windows. Thank you!
Vegetarian options: The veggie sandwich is really good and filling.
Kid-friendliness: I don't know a kid who won't eat a sub sandwich, made to their order as far as veggies and cheese. If all else fails...cookies. ?
Parking: It's in a travel center so there's lots of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this Subway was very accessible, more than most.
Dietary restrictions: Salads for the gluten-free. Really good nutritional info in a pamphlet near the counter.
