Super nice employee working the counter. I came in at 919 pm because website showed 10pm close. He said he had everything put away because they close at 930 I was like I'm sorry I didn't know. He was super friendly and said I didn't do anything wrong and went ahead and proceeded to make an amazing sandwich. thankyou!!

Absolutely garbage. The 2 men working today were unprofessional and complete liars. I ordered a outlaw sub with 50 percent more meat and toasted twice got to the store picked it up got home and it was ice cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. Took it back and told them about it and they became hostile. One kept coming from behind the counter and advancing toward me. They swore up and down the toasted it. Again it was ice cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Then gives me all singles back for a refund.

Ask for a cheesy garlic steak sub he didnt heat up my meat i thought was wierd so i was like it will heat up when he toasts it got to the truck was ice cold
Our sandwiches are cold. And slopped together. Asked for less creamy siracha and it was all siracha and jalapenos. They mixed the other rotisserie chicken, with some other chicken. Young one was in the phone and completely ignored my husband question twice and the other looked dirty disheveled and was only polite to me not both of us. Will be waiting for shift change to take this back.

When I entered the restaurant I got greeted to a unwelcoming face of some young skinny kid that didn’t look like he wanted to be there. I always ask for some of my veggies heated in my salad bowl and this kid says they don’t do that which is not the case in any other subway because I always get my veggies heated every where else. That kid just doesn’t want to do extra work as his demeanor shows. I hope he finds something he enjoys in the future because this ain’t it. I get it, you’re young but don’t ruin my only option for a healthier option just because you hate it there.
