I'm not sure if its because their district manager was there, or if a switch flipped in the management but this is by far the BEST Tacobell I've had in a very long time.
Everything I ordered was fresh, hot, and amazing. Even the Nacho fries (which are usually soggy for me) were crispy, hot, and fresh which is a rare occurrence for me.
You guys ROCKED it tonight! Keep up the good work!

I ordered a cheese quesadilla and got chicken but this is a common occurrence nation wide at Taco bell. Other then that it is the same all of the other 8,150 of them across the country. If traffic is heavy it could be hard to get out of.

Put in a mobile order 10-12 minutes before we got there, then sat in the restaurant and waited another 10 minutes before our 3 Luxe Boxes finally came out. SUPER SLOW!

Put in a mobel order when my husband went to get it the girl at the drive thru window literally threw it at his face And spilled my chips everywhere then he had to go back around for my soda because they forgot it she literally got mouthy and told him I'm getting it dude I'm getting it in a attitude like it was his fault that she forgot to give him the soda the first time he went through the drive-thru

I order a 10 piece chicken nuggets. Some of the nuggets are no bigger than a quarter. It’s like the cut the nuggets in half
I actually didn't order from here. I got food from a como store and got half way to kingdom city before realizing my drink was all carbonated, no Baja zero sugar. So I called kingdom city and asked if there was a way to replace it and not only did he replace it, he gave me a large when I only got a medium. So to the guy who answered the phone at like 820ish, thank you. You made this pregnant woman who just sat at the hospital for 8 hours night. I appreciate it
