If it was possible to give the food we received zero stars, that is what I would give. 3 crunchy taco supremes and 2 chicken quesadillas. They were all actually flat with less than 1/3 of the normal Taco Bell items. The quality is terrible! I have been to many Taco Bells, but this one needs to be shut down.

Everybody seemed decent. Of course, my order was wrong. Missing a burrito found it in one of the boxes, but missing one of the Gordillas inside of a box. The gorilla shell is not fully cooked. The woman tried to accuse me that I was lying about hiding a burrito. I will never come back to city Taco Bell ever again

Went in tonight to get dinner usually it's awesome but tonight was not good at all ordered hard shell meal all my hard shells were broken hard to eat and one taco was missing ordered Fry's and was only filled half way and Fry's where old and cold I was sharing my Fry's with someone that's why I ordered a large to be able to share and save money I feel as a person who has worked in the food industry if you won't eat it yourself don't serve to your customers. Just disappointed maybe next time will be better

When the workers don't wash their hands and go back to the kitchen put gloves on and start making your food it's a little hard to enjoy it.

I requested no white sauce on anything. It had white sauce on 3 of the four items I ordered. I requested beef gorditas, they gave me steak not the taco meat. I had a basic crispy beef taco, the taco shell was stale. The food was cold, and I really don't know what That so called pile of trash was called a cheese it tostado was. Someone tossed in a little meat, cheese and lettuce and tomatoes on top of a few stale cheese it crackers and smothered it with white sauce, then shook the box. My trash can enjoyed the crap I wasted $17.05 on tonight.

We visit this place on our trips to the Ozarks. Quick and easy.
It was a great place with very fast service and made our food quickly. We had 6 people and they had plenty of seating and we were very comfortable. None of the staff was cranky or sad they just gave us our food and we ordered our food at the kiosk and was very easy to navigate to the food we wanted. The food is reasonably priced and I recommend the luxe cravings box.
Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options and accommodate well to dietary restrictions.
$23 for two crunch wrap supreme meals and so stale and hardly any ingredients inside. Very disappointing because I love these……anywhere else. I know it is fast food and hire anyone willing to work, but hire competent staff please
