I would give this location zero stars if possible I’m always handed my drink with coffee and drizzle dripping down the side. I was looked at like I was stupid when I asked for a napkin to wipe it down. My drink was also made incorrectly multiple times.

We Love 7-brew. Really love them. This is a relatively new store, but corporate needs to come back and re-train them. We are at the one on Watson multiple times a week. We have been to this one three times with issues every time. And no the lines are not an issue. They have double tapped our gift cards so that a $25 gift card is wiped out with two drinks, they have lost our order somehow and had to make drinks after we were holding the line up for a long time at the window. They did not know what to do. They have given us the wrong drinks, and they tell us we have to pay for cold foam on top of the brew frosting it is on the picture and we are not charged for that at any of the other locations. We just got home from the Watson location and asked the lady and she said the cold foam is included. Again we love 7-brew but we have decided we will never go back to this location. Maybe they are just opening too many of these too fast, but this location is a mess. Stay away.

i loveee this location!!!! i will drive the extra 10-15 minutes past my closest location to see these beautiful people!!! the drink recs are always top tier!! everyone needs to try and energy with strawberry, cupcake, and white chocolate!!! soo soo good

For a drive in coffee it take forever. The coffee is okay nothing special for the price

Usually a busy spot, but during off hours you can get in and out through the drive, always a consistent lavender matcha, tasty etc.. prices are a bit much to chew, but it's not an everyday buy so there's no worries.. definitely a better option than most out there.. always satisfied with the product
