So disappointed. I come this way on my way home from chrch and I had heard about Alibi Cookies from seeing the owner (I think) on TV. So I decided to stop by today and give them.a try. It was not good. My cookie was hard around the edges and a little soff in the middle. The cookie is flat and not big at all. But the most disappointing part of the cookie was how hard it was around the edges. The single chocolare chip was $1.85 I think which is not bad but the quality was disappointing. When you are spending your hard earned money and you try to support these businesses and restaurants it leaves a bad taste in your mouth when the quality of the food/product is not right.
P.S. the young man at the counter was really nice and has great customer service, greeted me when I walked in the door.

I've had many milkshakes in my life, but never one as good as I had tonight. The chocolate chip cookies were blended perfectly into vanilla ice cream. This shake was well worth the price!

Awesome cookies with a wide variety. Cookies were soft in the middle with a little crunch on the outside. Best of all, the service was great. Our cashier was friendly and funny. Will definitely come back again.

Took a walk downtown and decided to stop in. The cookies are SO yummy! Honestly, puts Crumbl to shame. The person who was working was friendly, and most importantly: hilarious. She really needs to take up stand up on the side of serving cookies! Been thinking about this place since I went back to Texas. Thank you for such yummy cookies and a hilarious story to tell to my friends back home!

I stopped in to buy a couple of peanut butter cookies for a Reese's cup sundae I was making. The cookies were warm, soft, and delicious. This was my first time buying cookies from a gourmet cookie place, and was a little shocked by the price. However, I understand you have go pay for quality.

My company ordered several dozen cookies for Valentine’s Day for delivery, and everything was excellent. The ordering process was easy, the cookies were delivered warm, and on time, and they were amazing! I’m not sure how cookie could be better – light crunch on the outside, soft and warm on the inside, and they were so delicious! If you want some great cookies, definitely try this place.

We've been twice and both times had excellent service! We love that the cookies have more of a "mom made them" look and taste. All the cookies we've tried have been delicious. They also have a gluten-free option which is very tasty! I think it is great for the kids and teens that walk around Downtown Kirkwood that they can stop and get a treat even if they only have a few bucks on them.
The staff was really nice and super helpful. The cookies I got were baked a little harder then I usually like but once I pot them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds they were perfect.

what I'm about to say is long overdue my daughter used to work for alibi cookies on main Street in St Charles she was 16 just getting ready to turn 17 she passed away in a terrible car crash the owner of alibi cookies and his brother went out of their way to our family and lots of ways and to keep our daughters Jaylynns memories alive they are more than a business they care about people and their employees I am thankful to have the honor of knowing them and from the bottom of my heart I thank Alibi cookies for how wonderful they are as human beings as well as business owners I sincerely thank you Henry
