Definetely a late response, but I had a great experience at kirkwood Buffalo Wild Wings on Saturday the 13th at 1pm and the bartender trenity I had was on it!! The food was great and the manager Isaiah seemed to be helping the workers out in and out of the kitchen and even checked to see how my table was doing with our experience which was appreciated and he recommended the new cookie skillet which was cooked gooey on the inside and crunchy on the edges which is my FAVORITE!! Even the bathrooms were spotless and we asked for a few channel changes and he got right on it with no complaints and I’m a big sports fan!!!Thank you!

Blake was a AMAZING server. He was trying his ass off but those managers during shift sucked. We asked to talk to a manager and they refused even though we were watching them stand around and not helping their servers. I feel bad for anyone who has to work for those people. Good job Blake and hang in there!

Wings were below average and barely had sauce. Service was incredibly slow — 25 minutes for two small orders during non-peak hours. When I complained, I just got extra sauce on the side. Drinks were bad too. The only thing that came fast was the bill. Won’t be back.

The food is usually good. Sometimes you just end up with the hard/tough pieces of chicken, but that's always a risk here. Otherwise food is great. Table servers on usually pretty good. But if you place an online order for pickup, you be waiting 25 minutes for someone to show up at the counter to ask for the name, and then turn around and hand you the food that's been sitting there since before you arrive. And which is now halfway cold. Really need to work on check for people at the counter guys
