The Kirkwood Buffalo Wild Wings was the best Buffalo Wild Wings we have ever been to. Raine and Richard offered excellent customer service, and the food was great.

Staff left out a few items from my bag Friday night, and I politely called and asked if they could refund that portion of my order, I was put on hold for 15+ minutes and then when the employee finally came back I was told the manager would be calling me… it is now Monday and I have not gotten anything. When I originally walked in, I waited 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge my presence and give me my order. This location used to be amazing but it has been spiraling down hill.

My boyfriend and I went here tonight and I would say the visit was mediocre. Our server only came around one time. We sat with empty drinks for a while. And the worst of all is his chicken was rubbery and mine was pink! I’m so upset that I only noticed towards the end of the meal. Now we’re both feeling super sick and gross.
