every time that i have been to this buffalo wild wings location the service is slow and i feel as if i am not heard. other people were tended to before me and all of my food (appetizer AND main meal) were brought out at the same time. what’s the point of an appetizer at that point? my order was also incorrect TWICE after waiting for at least 45 minutes just for food, i just went to five guys and got a burger instead. this location is awful and i recommend literally any other location.

If you’re looking for a place where time stands still, this is it. Waiting nearly an hour for food is apparently part of the “experience,” and it’s especially exciting when it arrives cold. Really builds character.
Service is impressively hands-off — our waitress checked on us about every 30 minutes, whether we needed it or not (we did). Drink refills are more of a self-reflection exercise than a provided service, and getting attention requires advanced flag-down skills.
Bonus points for the entertainment policy: they weren’t *sure* they could turn on a SLU basketball game because they once got a bad Google review about not having music on at a sportsbar. Bold operational strategy there.
Cold wings, mystery policies, and a hide-and-seek style of customer service — highly recommended if you enjoy dinner with a side of confusion and endurance training.

Haven't been to a BDubs in a few years, but this experience was amazing. Nicely prepared dishes, generous sauce amounts, and well placed on our trays. Raphael was a delight and kept us loaded on drinks and supplies the entire time. Even let us try a limited time sauce before deciding on it.
Would come again just for Raphael!

Have to say what a great meal this was yesterday. From being greated at the door, to great service and the food being the best we have had at Buffalo wild wings. We used to go to a different location but switched to this one because of how bad it was. So glad we did. Keep it up and shout out to the cooks for Perfect food. Thanks again..

From door to eating, it took exactly an hour. Which is crazy to me considering they were not that busy. Took a long time for our waitress to come and take our order. Got to the point, I had to ask the guy who seated us to find her and tell her to come take our order. Then to top it all off, it took forever for our food to come. THEN to make matters worse. She brought my family their food and didn’t bring me any. My family kept saying, mom where is your food? I was thinking maybe she couldn’t carry it all and was coming back with it. NOPE. She went to the next table and started taking their order. She was over there for quite some time. Then she came back to our table and asked how everything was tasting. My husband said, my wife didn’t get her food. The waitress, said omg. She didnt get her food. WTH. How do you NOT know you didn’t deliver food to everyone at the table. Very poor service. First and last time at this location.

The manager that was there today was amazing he was very attentive helping out the server helping clean tables and take orders. I tried the honey garlic and I love the flavor of it but it’s to sweet for me and he recommended a sauce off the menu the Brown sugar one and the honey garlic mixed together and my god I have found my new craving
