My Goodness my first experience with Chili's was the best of the best! The server was extremely nice and attentive! The food was fresh and delicious 😋 Everything we ordered was good! No problems with sitting and being comfortable the music that was soothing and entertaining for our purpose there! My daughter's birthday lunch was everything I will be going back to this location soon to try other entrees on the menu! You will not be disappointed! This restaurant has good vibes from the entrance to walking out! Keep it up guys! There aren't many places that gives good service all around the board!

Was really looking forward to the black bean eggrolls and chicken crispers. We waiting about 10 min before someone came to get our drink order. Black bean eggrolls were very pale. Like white. And appeared to have filling scooped out- I don’t think anyone did that- it was just like hardly any filling with undercooked wrappers. The chicken crispers were not chiles chicken crispers. They must have a different supplier or be cutting corners due to cost. The chicken was really hard. Couldn’t bite it. And it looked like it was a wet piece of chicken tossed in some flour. No signature golden breading. No tender chicken. Just sad bland chicken tenders. My husband and I were laughing at his salad that came out. His salad came out in a salsa ramekin 😂🤣 two croutons and the dressing barely fit. Inflation is REAL

Katherine was not interested in our table at all. She wasn't checking on us. Asked for more chips/salsa multiple times, she wouldn't bring them. Said they were out, but other servers were bringing out chips/salsa, we saw them. We asked again and she never did. Asked for water and never got it.

Person who served us was in a polo so i’m pretty sure she was a manager. Sat at the bar and took 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Ordered food and drinks all at once since we had the time to know what we wanted. Drinks came after a long while, food came about 5 minutes after. We were looking at our drinks I guess she extended straws to us, we didn’t see her right away and she threw them on the bar at us. She was kind when she spoke to us, but it was clear she wasn’t happy we were sitting at the bar. Left 20% because you tip your servers, but not interested in returning somewhere we were meant to feel like a burden. Bathrooms were also dirty.

I would NOT recommend or return to this chili’s! Service wasn’t the best. The host at the door was rude. When I called ahead they told me we were gona be good once we got there for our party of 10. But gave our table away and had us wait for 40 plus mins for a table !! Food wasn’t fresh. Burgers & sliders were dry but oily. Nasty. Chicken strips were over fried. Fries were re dropped into the grease. Cooked too hard. Premium margarita was great ! Flavored lemonade was good. Quesadillas were good.

When we went, it seems they were short staffed. However, Mike was amazing! Mike was taking orders, running food, bartending, and bussing tables all at one time. Despite being busy, he frequently checked in on us and never rushed us. Give Mike a raise, because he was practically running the place!
