Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I understand the building is small and it’s busy during a lunch rush but that doesn’t make it okay for employees to be rude and rush us through. so told one employee what I wanted but she left as i was ordering and another person took over but before I could make sure he got my order right, the cashier was telling me I had to pay. Next thing I know i’m being handed the bag to leave. Turns out, they forgot all of the toppings on my bowl so I just had rice and meat that I had to eat with stale chips. Will not be returning to this location.

The service was worst. When I asked her to give my order, without even checking she said no. She was so rude(The women at the take out order)

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. I went to pick up an order and provided the name, but the lady at the to go orders didn’t even bother checking the system. Instead, she rudely told me she couldn’t find it. The lack of effort and customer service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever gone to. Do not go to this location by all means. Rude customer service. Slow customer service. Dude who was at the beginning taking orders was either brand new or high af, or both. His coworkers didn’t help him and was standing around. I was at the beginning of the line with no line behind me. I was waiting on the dude order to be done in front of me. Which took 10 mins to do. By the time he started talking to me and trying to process my order a line of 10-15 people started and wasted about 15 minutes of both of our times. I asked for a chicken quesadilla and a worker said rudely “no you can’t do that! That only has to been done through the app. You can only get a kids cheese quesadilla.” So I said okay sure I’ll do that then, even though it makes zero sense. Whats the difference between a kids quesadilla and regular quesadilla besides the size of it. It’s just a quesadilla. Then the dude taking my order had no clue how to make the quesadilla and none of his coworkers where helping him, about a few minutes go by and someone finally told him how many tortillas to use. He eventually figured it out. After that There was no chicken ready, no black beans, and when i asked when they would be ready I get a rude reply by a worker “whenever they’re ready they’ll be ready.” So the only option was steak. I asked if they could charge me the same price of the chicken for the steak since I didn’t want to get steak in the first place. A coworker said “no who do I look like”
Now I got a bowl filled with a crazy amount of rice since they had unless amounts of that, and about 5 beans, and no chicken. So I just said I’m good and left. I could go on more about this experience, but it would be too much. Worst experience at chipotle ever. Would highly recommend not coming here. I hardly write bad reviews, but this is definitely one to write about it.

When you place an order at a specific time, that doesn’t mean make the food an hour ahead of the time that we requested it. Food was cold and literally stale.

I really don’t understand how it can be so bad. It is the closest Chipotle to us, unfortunately. I would love to eat there more often, but we give it a chance about once a year and it never gets better only worse. Online order for 2 burrito bowls and 2 kids meals. I’d say it was about 40% correct. Wrong proteins, missing items. They gave my 6 year old the hot salsa. I think if you order online they just spin a wheel at random and throw items in a bag. I also tried a chip and it was stale and chewier than a month old bagel. You’d almost have to try to be this bad. Shame.

Food was extremely mediocre to the point of being not good. Lemonade was too sour, we were over-charged for our order, staff seemed mentally out of it, and stomachaches were rough. Wouldn't go back, wouldn't recommend, but it's edible I guess.

DON'T BYE THE CHIPS! The first time I bought chips and queso from here, the chips were stale and old. I thought it was a coincidence. It happened again today. One of my friends told me they are always that way. I'm not paying $10 for stale chips!

Great food. The portion of chips keeps getting lower, we want more chips in the bag! They barely cover the bottom of the bag. This particular location is not very clean, every time I go there.

Absolutely the WORST Chipotle. I've been here several times and EVERY time there is trash overflowing from the trash cans, both in the lobby and the bathroom, no soap or paper towels, and food all over the floor and tables. They close at 10, but good luck getting them to make anything after 830. They have everything put up already. Employees are downright rude. I've been here enough to realize it's not going to change, so I will not be returning. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is I never got food poisoning.

The kitchen looked so dirty the cook had a huge mess with the chicken and everything that he was making. My order was completely wrong from a DoorDash order, I brought it in after work and the manager informed me that their system was down during the time of my order but they could remake my order, I was okay with that. I'm just concerned about the mess in the kitchen and how dirty everything was.

Definitely believe I got food poisoning today at this location. I was literally fine all morning, went here on lunch I couldn’t even finish the work day my stomach/body hurting so bad
Go here if you want to eat at a dirty table. But seriously every time I come here I have go clean my own table. Probably not enough workers. Most (not all) of the workers don’t seem to care about customer service. This location needs help.
