The people at the counter can’t answer when asked how many grams there are, their faces look sour, and even though you asked for a double, they put very little. Has anyone ever seen a double plate like this before? It’s a disgrace. Cold food olso

We ordered four wraps and chips. All the chips were terrible, inedible, chewie, hard and greasy. This is the second time this has happened. A Mexican restaurant should be able to serve decent chips, especially if you have to pay for them.
The chips you buy have almost nothing in them . Why are they so stingy with chips

Hi, am driving across the country from Northern Michigan to Arizona. Stop at this chipotle on my drive and I have to say this is the best experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. I’ve been eating chipotle for 10 or 15 years if not longer. This location had the best service, super clean restaurant, the staff was awesome, Super friendly, gave a great amount of food, but not too much. I can tell they kept within their corporate office guidelines. I just have to give them props.

This location needs to be shut down. The quality of the food was terrible. The portions were pitiful. The food was anything but fresh. $35 spent toward old chips, half portions, and staff that doesn’t care. There is nothing good I have to say about my experience. It’s a shame that the prices are so high because the quality of the service goes down every time I decide to return. This was my last straw and I will not be back. I wish there was another location I could easily drive to.

Go literally anywhere else. It is a genuine slap in the face that the portion sizes continue to shrink despite prices having increased. The workers don’t care to be working here. Corporate will keep pressuring them to decrease portion sizes. Went today just to have a half-filled bowl, stale tortilla chips, and a measly spoonful of guacamole that looked like it had been sitting out. Only come here if you enjoy being scammed out of your money.
