Just came in for a to-go order. Tipped 20% ahead of time. Workers on the line were busy but friendly and helpful, to-go girl was excellent. Get my order, go to the car to check it. Realized something was missing that I paid for. Politely went back in to ask for it, and the (I’m assuming) manager on duty told me I could go retrieve said item from the line myself. I realize mistakes happen, but I was kind when I asked and I believe an apology or accountability should be taken...
Outside was fabulous. Three friends met to catch up.. we really enjoyed the atmosphere Outside, it was a perfect temperature day in STL in July. 80*- 82*. Food was good. Place was clean. People were friendly, polite, helpful. It was fun to hear the Kirkwood train once in a while.
