“I came in on Saturday and wanted the Crown Apple Cupcake. Unfortunately they were out in the case so I chose the Hazelnut one. When hearing me ask for that the gal in the front of the shop went to the back and they made me one specially. I didn't make a big deal or say anything but it was my birthday and this made my day! Eating it now after a couple days and it's so good!“

“I got the red velvet with Oreo filling for my elopement and it was so beautiful and delicious. Had more layers than expected and was large enough for everyone with some leftovers. Exceeded my expectations. One thing that I’m not sure is good or bad but just to note the icing on the sides was super thick but I’m assuming that’s because of the design but I’m still so happy with how it came out. We even tried their pretzel bites and those too were 10/10.“

“First time ordering and won’t be my last! Thank you for the perfect birthday cake for my coworker. My friend who picked up stated there was no sign indicating where the door was so she did go in a few circles so that would be my only suggestion is adding a sign! (I did not pick up this order so I am going by word of mouth)“

“Can't ever go wrong with cold stone quality Ice cream and cakes. BUT! I have been to cold stones across the US, including Hawaii, and lots of cold stones are losing their zest to sing all the fun songs. Which is OK. But its such a treasure finding a cold stone that still has the SPIRIT! To add, my kids and I were on a birthday trip away from home and my son wanted a cold stone cake. So we purchased one in store and intended to eat it there. And the whole of cold stone staff enthusiastically helped me sing happy birthday to my kiddo. It was memorable and so fun. Everyone who worked the evening of july 7th deserves a raise 🤣🙏❤️ or at least kudos ans recognition 🥰🎉🎉🎉“

“Cold Stone Creamery is easily one of my favorite dessert spots, not just because of the incredible ice cream but because of the amazing staff that truly make it a standout experience. There’s a tall African American man and a blonde woman who work there, and they’re both so kind and welcoming every single time I visit.
The man is especially impressive—he remembers both my order and my boyfriend’s without us even having to say anything! It’s such a small thing, but it really makes the experience feel personal and special. He’ll greet us like old friends, asking, “The usual?” with a smile, and it genuinely makes my day. The blonde woman is just as warm and friendly, always making sure everything is perfect and taking the time to chat while preparing orders.
The way they treat customers is unmatched. It’s not just about serving ice cream—it’s clear they care about creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and attentive customer service, and it’s one of the reasons Cold Stone has become a go-to spot for me. Paired with their rich, creamy ice cream and endless customization options, it’s a place I can’t recommend enough!“

“I tried Britt’s Bakehouse for the first time this weekend and I was pleasantly surprised! I am gluten and dairy free so it is a challenge to find delicious baked goods. I tried multiple items and I could not tell they were gluten free! My favorite treats were the dairy free mini chocolate Bundt cakes, and pumpkin donuts. They were moist and full of flavor! I shared with my husband and he had no idea it was gluten and dairy free! The donuts were like personals cakes! The lemon truffle was also amazing! I can’t wait to go back and try more gluten and dairy free desserts!“
