I ordered a delivery, tipped the driver, and never got it. I’m highly disappointed, I never even got a refund. Do not order delivery and if you do pay in cash. This is very annoying!

Ordered a pizza that came 2.5 hours late. When I called the store they first hung up on me. Then they told me they were down a driver and I shouldn’t complain I got my pizza. No more ordering from this store. Horrible customer service and delivery

This is a terrible location. For the second time, I placed an order for delivery that never arrived. Tonight, I placed an order which the app said would be delivered in 35 minutes. An hour later, the app never advanced past being prepped. I tried calling 5 times, only to get ads and never reached the store. I decided to drive to the store. When I arrived, they said they were just starting my order! The right thing to have done would have been to call and let me know they were woefully behind and given me the option to cancel and or wait. Unfortunately, the employee at the location (the manger I believe) couldn't have cared less. There were no apologies or anything. He said I had two options: wait or cancel the order. I chose the latter. I'm sorry to see this location has gone downhill. Just a terrible customer experience.

Never got the pizza delivered so I called up there very nice nicely to ask if it might have gotten deliver to the wrong address and got hung up on. Very rude staff! Will never order from this location again

Manager would not sell me a pizza ordered on line at your half price special price because I didn’t have a coupon. I told him there is no coupon. He said I still need a coupon. This is a special going on until March 23, 2025. I ordered on March 22, 2025. I went to papa John’s instead.. this is what you get when you make a 17 year old a Mgr.

Every time we order we’re always quoted anywhere around 30-40 minutes. Tonight our wait was over 90 minutes. I’ve called the store before and was told that the tracker is highly inaccurate and it’s more of an estimate that is never right. They have a very “I don’t care” attitude. And looking at the reviews this problem has been going on for YEARS. Why has nothing been done?!

I recently had a troubling experience with Domino’s. My delivery driver has been adding his own tip to my receipt, which means I’ve been overcharged multiple times without my consent. This is essentially credit card fraud, and when I reached out to the manager, I was disappointed to find that no action was taken. It’s unsettling that such a serious issue is being ignored, especially when it involves unauthorized charges to my credit card. I hope Domino’s addresses this immediately to prevent it from happening to others. This has happened twice already within two weeks! This is ridiculous

Took 45mins to arrive after it left store. Was not cut as ordered. It was cold. I called, he said he just clocked in so he didn’t know what’s going on. Said he had 7 deliveries and only 1 driver, yet 2 guys were in the car that delivered my cold pizza. I asked his name…he said he wasn’t dealing with this and hung up on me. WOW dominos. shame on you.

My wife and i had a pickup as we are babysitting the grandchildren.. the order was ready and on time, but the lady behind the counter came out and held the door and then took my order outside to my car for me as I walk with a cane and im not always very steady...it was very sweet and much appreciated
