I don't normally leave reviews. This is probably the only one on my account as of writing. I had one iced coffee a few days ago from here that was absolutely awesome, after avoiding this place for a bit. I came back today. Ordered the same iced coffee. Significantly worse and back to the permeating, slightly burnt taste that was the reason I stopped visiting. This location has very sporadic quality, I was very surprised at how good it was a few days ago. The donuts will always just be okay, it's Dunkin, though I've found way better places close by. Go there, maybe they have decent coffee. Just anywhere else. It's a bit of a shame because I remember when this one opened, I loved getting the donuts. They didn't even really advertise their coffee then. For service, it's never been bad service, it's a drive thru and I've never been left hanging for too long.

Do not spend your money here. Itās not worth it. Theyāre out of everything and they donāt comprehend anything you order. Your order will be WRONG. My partners āeverythingā bagel turned out to be a āplainā bagel with cream cheese (they are allergic to dairy. No where on this bagel should there be cream cheese) and the bagel itself just looked WRONG. My egg sandwich is just flat out smashed flat like someone stepped on it. The avocado spread was watery and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting for 3 days! What the heck??? The workers are rude! The indian man working the drive thru at 12:30pm on September 10th gave me so much attitude it was unbelievable. How do you hire someone like this? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.

I didnāt get good service at all. We went in to get an order to go and they got our donuts completely wrong. We also ordered a coffee but before we paid I wanted to change my mind, but they wouldnāt remake the coffee because they had already started making it before the order was complete.

Ordered 2 bagels, 2 coffees and 1 Long John Donut on APP. Get to location, no bagels. Ask for refund. Was told to contact support on APP. I called. Was told Iād receive a return call in 2 minutes. Itās 4 days later, no return call; no refund. Made dispute with Apple Pay. Dunkinā is requesting proof of this issue. Iām 2 hours away from location. I got home and discovered they even gave me the wrong donut. It was a dried out glazed donut. BUYER BEWARE

Over 10k successful deliveries in and around the Kirkwood, Sunset Hills area over the last few years and I cannot in good conscience continue to deliver orders from this location. From the leaking roof and rain water dripping into customers beverages, the slow and rude service along with the refusal to package your orders correctly so they can be delivered safely. If corporate will not address these concerns then I we must with our wallets. AVOID AAC
