I didn’t get good service at all. We went in to get an order to go and they got our donuts completely wrong. We also ordered a coffee but before we paid I wanted to change my mind, but they wouldn’t remake the coffee because they had already started making it before the order was complete.

Ordered 2 bagels, 2 coffees and 1 Long John Donut on APP. Get to location, no bagels. Ask for refund. Was told to contact support on APP. I called. Was told I’d receive a return call in 2 minutes. It’s 4 days later, no return call; no refund. Made dispute with Apple Pay. Dunkin’ is requesting proof of this issue. I’m 2 hours away from location. I got home and discovered they even gave me the wrong donut. It was a dried out glazed donut. BUYER BEWARE

Over 10k successful deliveries in and around the Kirkwood, Sunset Hills area over the last few years and I cannot in good conscience continue to deliver orders from this location. From the leaking roof and rain water dripping into customers beverages, the slow and rude service along with the refusal to package your orders correctly so they can be delivered safely. If corporate will not address these concerns then I we must with our wallets. AVOID AAC

only 5 in my 6pc hash brown. they were old. one side of my bread wasn't toasted. no seasoning on eggs.
window person didn't give a receipt. didn't tell me cost. didn't say anything, no thank you or anything either. just stared at me.

I love Dunkin’ and the people at this location are so nice. Unfortunately though after coming here the last few months about 1-3x weekly have started to get frustrated with the experience. Every time I order the same thing and without the topping but every time no matter how much I emphasize not the have toppings, they put it on and have to scrape it off after trying to pass to me. This last time I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and was asked if I wanted it toasted. (I’m excited now I didn’t even think of this) But then I got my bagel, not toasted with barely any cream cheese spread on it. Going to only start coming in Fridays when the awesome woman who works is there and the only one who gets the order right every time.

The food here was really good. I enjoyed a bacon, egg, and cheese sourdough breakfast sandwich, at 3 in the afternoon, along with an iced coffee to wash it down. Had to get me a chocolate iced cake donut for dessert. It hit the spot. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the service was when I entered and went straight to the counter to place my order there was no one there. I hollered to the back around 5 times before anyone came up to take my order inside. Oh well.
